Jen's Diary of Random Stuff.... Take Two!!

A
Ah, no worries Jen, I know you'll hit that 25 lb mark very soon! I know exactly what you mean about trying to make room for someone moving in. We just moved my fiances stuff in this weekend. I live in a studio apartment with a loft, so more room than your typical studio apartment, but it's still so tiny! I don't even have closets! This week he's bouncing from his old roomates house to his parents until we get married this weekend. But he has so much stuff! It's crazy. I'm pretty sure he has 4 times the amount of clothes that I do. Anyways, I'm blabbing. Just wanted to let you know, I feel your pain!

If you don't mind me asking, who do you work for and what do you do? I saw you mention your contract was renewed for 6 months, do you think you will every get a lengthier contract?
Thanks...It's nice to know I'm at least not alone! haha!

As for my job... I can't really say much because I had to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement. ***edit***

Wow! That's pretty nifty. Do you find it enjoyable or is it just something your doing until you find something different?

AGood news....I had a pretty good eating day today! Bad news.....I'm completely stressed again, and I think I pulled a muscle in my shoulder. It's hurts like a motherF@%#$R! I think I need to just relax tonight. My mind is going about a mile a minute though, so that's probably not gonna happen. Uuuuuuuuugh! I could use an alcoholic beverage right now...or like 10...haha! :willy_nilly:

I wouldn't say I "enjoy" it...lol! It definitely is entertaining at times though! Plus it allows me to work from home. So I'll keep doing it until they choose to not renew my contract. lol!
(and, also, how would you apply for a job like that? I love the idea of working from home!)
I edited my last post post, so I can go ahead and put a link up. The company is called . I don't think they hire where you are though, Sarah. It's mainly just the United States and Canada. For anyone else wondering... the application process is quite lengthy and includes 2 very hard tests. It is a legitimate work at home opportunity though. :)

Sorry to hear about the pulled muscle -- I hope you can manage to give it plenty of time to heal. Cheers for the good eating day!

AA few random tidbits....

• I'm gonna be at about 1500 calories today, instead of 1300.

• Today was the last day of school for my son. Tomorrow is the last day for my daughter. I think by Friday I'll be asking when school starts again..lol!!

• Chef sliced off part of his fingernail at work yesterday! He ended up in the ER. It's gross, but he's fine..thank goodness!

• 5 weeks until we leave for Cleveland!!!

• My current song obsession... Rebecca Ferguson's . I love love love her voice!

Thank you!! My shoulder is feeling a bit better today. It still hurts, but definitely not as bad. I, for sure, plan on taking it easy the next few days. :)

AWell today was the first full day of summer break for my kids. It wasn't too bad, but oh..my..gosh is it going to be a loooooong summer! I think I'm ready for bed right now and it's only 4 o'clock! haha!

Was great on my calories yesterday, and today is going good as well.

Tonight Chef is coming over, and I think I honestly might be sleeping by 10 o'clock... Poor, Chef. lol!

I hope everyone has a great weekend! :)

AWell I did a sneak peek on the the scale this morning. I am completely in love :beating: with my scale right now, because it says I've lost 3 lbs this week. My official weigh-in isn't until tomorrow though.....so let's hope that number sticks. *fingers crossed* I'm deeeeefinitely being very careful with what I eat today! lol!

...And on an unrelated note.. holy crap is it HOT! I just went to the store to get dinner stuff, and I'm pretty sure I might have lost like a pound in sweat...haha! I stepped outside and immediately felt like I was melting! :ack2:

AWell last night was my "cheat" day sorta... I was actually within my calories after dinner last night...but I ended up having some ice cream for a snack. Darn Ben & Jerry! lol! I haven't had ice cream in a while, and it was delicious! I did get lots of exercise yesterday though! Chef and I took the kids on a long walk, and then we took them to the park. Behind the park is fairly large hill, that the kids had a blast running up and down a bunch of times. It was a fun, but tiring day!

Thanks Trusylver, Vero, Sarah, and Irish!!! I am very happy with this week's results! :)
