AOne of the things that has been causing me a TREMENDOUS amount of stress was the possibility of losing my contract with the company that I work for. When you hire in your contract is for 6 months, and at the end of the 6 months they have the option of renewing your contract or not. My contract is up on May 30th. I've been obsessively checking my email for like a week now... watching and waiting for the dreaded email. I just got it! And it says I'm being RENEWED! It will be extended for another 6 months!! I am BEYOND relieved! I was so worried about doing this job correctly when I first got it. Apparently I'm doing something right..LOL!
Also, my calories are looking pretty good for the day...as long as I don't go crazy with dinner.

I know when I feel that way I end up regretting double the amount of calories or more! Sorry your feeling all stressy and such, that's a bummer. Try to stay positive as much as you can! Congrats btw on the 22 lbs lost so far, that's really awesome!

Thanks, Munch! I'm usually regretting double that amount too. Yesterday was an off day for me...LOL! I felt bad afterwards, but I was definitely proud of myself for not going completely crazy..lol. Thanks for stopping by my journal. I'll be sure to check yours out soon!

I keep a bag of carrotts at work right now that way if i do get all stressed and eat I only have carrotts on me and I don`t keep any money on me so I can`t go and buy what i am really craving!
Working from home would not be good for me lol! Yesterday is done....no point in dwelling right! Hope everything is going better for you! You have gone a long way since you started on here, you know you can do it!

Thanks, Vero!!! Yes, working from home and dieting does put forth some unique challenges. Having a full kitchen at my disposal is not the best thing sometimes...lol. You're right though... no point in dwelling on it. Today is a new day, and at the moment... It's a pretty good one.
