Oh, and btw, if it matters, I always do my workouts (weights or cardio) in the evening between meals 4 & 5, so meal 5 is always my post workout meal...
 
I measure "overdoing" it by how I feel. If I go too crazy on workouts then I'm sore and don't want to do it the next day. So I measure "enough" for me by working out hard enough that it's a struggle but light enough that I still want to come back the next day.

yep, mix it all together :)

i make my oatmeal in advance and store in fridge, so milk and oatmeal gets heated in microwave, then add cereal and fruit. used to add kashi go lean crunch instead of all bran, very yummy, but needed the extra fiber ;)
 
Yeah, it is actually a little lower than I had planned for today, was gonna mix half a scoop of vanilla whey in with my breakfast, but I forgot :( Ah well, only 9 grams, right!

I am starting the weight routine you recommended tonight :)

Hi Jennay, I know this has nothing to do with working out or nutrition, but how do you like your LG washer and dryer? My mom is thinking of getting those. and I think they may be the exact same model. BTW, you have a beautiful home.
