I don't want to say anything to you other than eat clean, and get involved in some sort of physical activity. I highly recommend a team sport (something at school maybe, football, soccer or basketball are all lovely imo), or a martial art (boxing and muay thai are relatively accessible).

Please don't go reading the stuff on advanced training and/or hardcore diets available and thinking it all applies to you. It's for adults. You're still growing. Eating clean and being active will do the trick all by itself. I guarantee it.

Thanks focus, I am starting to try and change what I eat. I have started walking my dogs daily. I hope to lose a lot of weight.

What exercises would you recommend?

+I have added some more photos

I'm with focus man..... don't go doing anything drastic. Avoiding junky food is good no matter the age.... but don't go following anything that's going to restrict a ton of calories. Actually, listen to everything Focus said.... are there any sports that interest you?

Once you lose the extra fat around the middle through cardio, the best things are ab excersises. I'd start with just various crunches.

I don't know if you'll get a '6' pack, maybe a '4' pack. My son is 16 and started forming his '6' pack at 15.

That's a good start. But don't try, do it. For some people, starting at a run is not the right approach. You might, for example, try eliminating one or two unhealthy dietary habits a week. Say, this week, drink more water and less coke. That's just an example, of course. (By the by, getting used to drinking lots and lots of water is my #1 recommendation in general. It's very good for you in a number of ways, including increasing your calorie expenditure and naturally suppressing excessive appetite. Aim for a gallon and a half a day).

As a young person, I wouldn't really recommend you do anything more than bodyweight exercises. It's a bit of a superstition, yeah, but whatever. You can get a very effective workout with nothing more than your bodyweight. Here's some stuff you could get done in a space as small as my closet. Also try googling Ross Enamait for some serious workouts you can get done with very minimal equipment and space. He demonstrates most of his stuff in youtube videos.

yikes you look young. Listen to what Steve says - Partake in some sports and lay off the junk food (that doesnt mean NEVER have it, just make it a lot less often). You dont look like you have gone through the growth phase where you solidify as a guy in general. Guys generally bulk up at about 20-25, before that they mostly look weedy no matter what they do.

Instead of working on a six pack at such a young age you probs wanna work on loseing some weight naturaly.
Eat good foods and play out with other kids should cut ur weight down big time.
Also you may wanna think about some cocoa butter for under ur arms and cheast area they seem to be abit "Streched" I forgot the correct term.
It will just allow ur skin to retighten back up and since ur so young won't take too long.

Also you may want to ask your mum to buy you some bigger jeans.
they seem to be very tight and low hanging. This can rub and cause painful "indian burns" also would feel alot better for you with some looser fitting jeans.

Where can I get cocoa butter, can I use something else instead?

It's really easy to get.
Superdrug & Boots sell it.
It's in a white bottle and will be with the body lotions and skin care creams.
It smells like choclate too.

It's about £3.00 a bottle and will last around 6-12 weeks.
Ya can't miss it really cause it says Cocoa Butter on front and if ya read the bottle it says "Helps reduce stretch marks and tightens skin back to natural condition" or somthing simlair.

Give it time little man. I didn't start showing my six pack until about 17. This was after working out from about 15 or so years old. you will get it. Just eat healthy, and say no to fast food :D
