Jamie's Pictures Thread

*****PLEASE discuss this and everthing everyone else tells you on this board with your parents and your physician*****. I know your only 15 but you've almost certainly hit all your stages of puberty and your physically capable of achieving a cut body without stunning your growth. I take it your in high school. Take advantage of it and just join a school team, preferably football. Let your coach train you. He has worked with kids your age and knows your limits very well. With all the running and weight training he will put you through, by the time your out of highschool, you will be swoll and in great shape

do some other sport. My point was for you to take advantage of the fact that your in high school and that gym teachers/coaches are there to help you reach your goal. they're like free personal trainers. If you dont want to participate in your schools sports, then start walking/running a few times a week. You can even join your local YMCA. the bottom line is, you gotta remain active and eat healthy. there is no other way to keep fit

Hah, you should see some of the gym teachers at my school, they don't know dick about fitness nor nutrition. And if they do, they don't practice it...

I could see that being the case at some places. My highschool was very strong in athletics. We had the best basketball and football team in the district, if not the state. Hopefully Jaime's school has some knowledgeable and caring coaches.

wow, you're 15?? my major advice to you is to make sure you get enough protein and veggies and milk to make sure you don't jeopardize your growth. You aren't finished growing in terms of your height, so make sure your body gets enough nutrients to be able to grow to your maximum height. You have a small frame so I would recommend doing ab exercises as often as you can.
Good luck sweety!

Its good to be health conscious but please be careful...you still have some growing to do...im 19 and im still growing!
