Hahaha, thank you Stoptheexcuses, I want to be Miss Hotness! I so do!
So, in an effort to become Miss Hotness I feel it is time to reevaluate my goals and set the bar a little higher.
I will hand it to myself-I've been doing quite well. My eating is very under control. I'm happy with the progress I've made and I celebrate my victories, and take my disappointment in strides. All is well. I've lost 50 pounds in period of 6 months. Now I have another 6 months to meet my original goal of 100 pounds, which is just 50 more pounds. So, in the next six months I am going to rededicate myself to eating healthy fresh foods, and I'm getting back into an exercise routine. My exercise has been majorly lacking, as I've been super busy and admittedly a little lazy. I'm tired a lot and I just don't feel like exercising, but I know my energy will boost when I get back into it. So, bike riding, gym, weight lifting. I really want to work on my arms, they're very very large, and I really need to tone them. I also need to tone my mid section and I want my legs to thin out. I have one more week of classes and then I have a 10 day vacation. When I get back I am in the game!
