I need to be careful about my snacks. Since I went back on the pill I feel more hungry all the time. I have been working out though, I worked out yesterday on the elliptical for 20 minutes and did some weights, jumping jacks, crunches, and ball exercises. I got three compliments at work about how much weight I've lost.

Hey 3 compliments gotta love that! your doing great fuunky! :)
hmmm as a snack do you do jello(sugar free one)im not sure with you being a vegetarian and all  it only has like 7 cals. fruits are great and veggies w/ hummus or something(you prolly know all this though lol ;) )

Ooh, I see lots of Captain Crunch in here. I can't even buy the stuff... I'll just eat the whole box!! :( It's my favorite cereal.

One of my snacks (this is kind of weird) is fake stirfry. I take frozen mixed vegetables (usually california blend, but whatever's in the freezer is fine) and fry a cup of them up with soy sauce. I don't have any rice with it, so it's around a hundred calories, and very filling!

I know, that damn Cap'n Crunch needs to get out of my life. I have been eating it in moderation though, and it's actually lower in calories than cereals that seem like they would be better. 100 cals for 3/4 cup. So it goes.

2 slices toast, one with jam, one with peanut butter (250)
Orange Juice (50)

Cherries (50)

2 Slices Wheat Toast (120)

Dessert:
1/2 Cup Edys Light Chocolate Chip (120)

Looks like your doing really well Fuunky! Keep it up girl!

If you need help with snacks, I'd like to suggest, cutting up an apple real thin, that way there seems to be more and as always, make sure you eat slowly!

Sounds like a bad boyfriend!! :D But like you said, since you eat it in moderation, it really doesn't hurt to eat food you actually *like*!!

Thanks for the suggestions guys! I'm still doing pretty okay. I need to get stricter again, but I'm not too worried. I'm down 55 pounds.

Ugh, so I went out to lunch at work today and ordered a vegetable sandwich. They brought our food out and I bit into mine--AND THERE WAS CHICKEN IN IT!!!!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Of course they took it back and brought me the right thing and I didn't have to pay. My stomach was so weak for the rest of the day though. Ugh!

I went to Cirque du Soleil tonight. It's the third time I've seen it, it's so great. I go for free because of my job sometimes. If any of you ever make the Orlando Disney trip make sure you go see that show, it's well worth it.

Thanks Rosered!

I think I figured something out. My diet has been all unstructured and rocky. I haven't been eating as many fruits and vegetables. And I think I know why.

It's that damn heartburn.

I've been getting it so often. It's killing me. The only things that don't trigger it are cereals and yogurt. And what's happening is I'm getting it, and then I feel so weak for the whole day that I don't want to eat anything, but I get hungry, and then I eat whatever I can before it comes back again. It's really screwing with my diet. I have an appointment with the doctor on Wednesday, so hopefully they can give me medicine then and I can get back to normal. Now, that being said, yesterday I did cheat. One of my co-workers had a party for her birthday at a restaraunt, and I had a few drinks and shared some chips and spinach dip with my co-workers, but it wasn't too bad. I had been low on calories all day anyway. Have to live a little sometimes. I'm overing around 186, and lately I've been eating for weight maintenence, not weight loss. I need to get back on the weight loss plan--1,200 calories a day.

Breakfast Yesterday:
Cap'n Crunch in skim (150)
Orange Juice (50)

Lunch:
Lean Cuisine Manicotti (270)
Apple (80)
Fat Free Pudding (100)

Dinner:
Raisin Bran in skim (200)

Snack:
Spinach Dip and Tortilla Chips
Fuzzy Navel
Amaretto Sour

Tonight I'm going on a date. :) I went on one with another guy last Wednesday, but it didn't go so well. He was nice, but he wouldn't shut up. I'm hoping tonight's will go a little better.

Wow honey I hope you find out what’s causing the heart burn, it can make life hard. Dates hey, are you excited? Let us no the goss girl.

Well, my Sunday night date went really really well. The guy was really funny and we had a great time. We met up at Starbucks and then walked around Target, then we went Pirate Minature Golfing, and then we had milkshakes. Of course I was wary of having a milkshake, but I didn't want to come off as having a big eating dysfunction, so I had a few sips of a small one. How am I supposed to deal with dating and eating? I always hear guys talking about how they stay away from girls who obsess over their weight. I was honest with this guy and told him I had to watch what I eat and that I don't normally have things like milkshakes and he seemed to understand. I think he liked me. I hope I see him again.
