Breakfast:
Kix in skim (150)
Orange Juice (50)
Lunch:
2 Slices Cheese Pizza (and I regretted it when I got heartburn -- 500)
Dinner:
Cap'n Crunch in Skim (surprising low in cals 150)
I went out with some friends and had two drinks. I'm not a big drinker, but it was fine. I hardly drank my second, it was too strong. I assume they were about 300 calories.
