Oh my god! Rosered! I did get new underwear today, before I saw that you put that! Hahahaha!

I'm having a "blah I feel big and fat and ugly" sort of day. I've been trying on clothes and bathing suits for my vacation and its not going well.

I also had a terrible stomach ache this morning. It went away by lunch, but my stomach has felt weak and yucky all day.

Breakfast:
Light Fat Fre Yogurt (100)

im sure there are lots of single guys thinking the same thing ;) but its the taken ones that feel comfortable saying it, Good luck on your hunt for a bathing suit(and other stuff) hope you find a good one:)
 
Do you no what you need honey? You need to grab a good friend (preferably one who won’t take offence while you give them dirty looks :eek: ) who will go shopping with you. A friend that will be honest and tell you what looks good and what makes you look like death warmed up :confused: (re dirty looks lol :D ). We are our own worst critic sometimes. Im sure you look a lot better than what you think. Go the new underwear, im sure it won’t be long now and you will be telling us all about the new boyfriend that wants to take them off lol :eek: . Poor thing, nothing worse then a tummy bug that makes you feel ill all day I hope you are feeling better now.
 
AHHHH Rosered! I totally need a new boyfriend who wants to take it all off. But alas, I remain alone. I also need to bring someone with me when I go shopping, but I'm so self deprecating that no one ever wants to go with me. Hopefully I'll just start finding stuff I like.

My day started off good and went sour. I got up refreshed, had a good breakfast, went to work, things were going okay at work, then I discovered that my boss is going to promote this total slacker at my job who always calls in and shows up late and never does his work, to the same position I have, because the other girl is leaving, and I am so so so pissed about it. I'm just insulted. I work so hard and this moron is going to be sharing my responsibilites, which means I'll be doing everything myself anyway because he's so irresponsible. Agh! I can't wait to graduate and have a real job.

I don't know what my boss is thinking, I think she's going crazy. I worked with the slacker today and he was late, again, of course! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh! Haha, Totallyscrappy, you're too funny.

I'm on vacation, so my updates will be sparse, but I'm going to try to keep up because I don't want to get off track. I went shopping today and got lots of fruits and veggies so that I will have stuff to snack on when everyone is chowing down. My biggest problem is we go out to eat A LOT when were here in Fort Myers and my options are always limited. When I get back home it'll be a strict 1200-1400 cals a day and lots o' exercising, because I want to shed this pesky last 50 before the end of the year.

Yesterday!

I got a horrible stomachache today, so I just layed in bed all day. Nice vacation. My stomach feels weak, so for the rest of the day all I had was a few graham crackers and water.

The past two days have been a mix of good and bad foods. I've been starting my days with Cheerios and low cal orange juice. I've been having lots of fruits and vegetables, but I've allowed little bits of bad things sprinkle in. Some chips here, a cookie there, been having drinks, ect. I'm going to do my best to recap:

Tomato and Cheese Sandwich
Bit of macaroni salad

Snack:
Fruit

Dinner:
Eggplant parm
fruit

Snacks:
1 cookie
1 brownie
1 s'more

Diet coke with rum.

Ahhh, so there we go for my cheating on vacation. The upside is that everyone has been raving about how good I look, which is really nice. My best friend's family are freaking out about it. The last time they all saw me was right before I started dieting and I was 240 pounds. Now I'm 190, so everyone is flipping out. By Christmas I should be a lot smaller. Yay!

Hey there girl! It has been a while since ihave read your posts, but it sounds like you are doing amazing! Even for being on vacation (which i completely understand) you have been making very good and sensible food choices. Keep up the good work, and I'm so glad that your friend's family has been so supportive!!! isn't it great to have people tell you how good you look?!!!!

Yay! Amomono! I've missed you. I think I did do pretty good while on vacation, considering. I came home today and saw my mom and brother, and one of my old friends and they also all raved about how I look, which is nice. I'm starting to get self conscience about it though! Everyone's telling me I look so great and I'm trying to be gracious, but man! It gets embarassing after awhile. It's great though, it really is. Here is my food for today.

Breakfast:
1 pancake with apple topping (250)

Ahh, I need to go home! I'm loving being on vacation, but my eating is all messed up. I'm not doing badly, I'm just not moving in the direction of losing weight. The good news is I got new workout shoes today (shopping with mom rules) so its back to the gym for me when I get home. I had a nice lunch with my mom and a nice dinner with my brother, and saw some friends today.
