Totallyscrappy, Publix subs are the best! I hate Subway. That's too bad that you don't have any Publix stores near you-I do the occassional food shopping at Target, but Publix is my favorite. Lots of good stuff and sales.

I also started back with classes, and i don't know whether to be excited or scared about this semester!!! I'm taking way too many classes and working besides... but i think that it will keep me from lounging about and snacking, so that is definately a plus!

good luck this semester babe!

Thanks Amomono! I know how you feel about classes! I'm taking four and working full time. Oh man, and yesterday I drove all the way to Cocoa Beach for a class, which is about an hour away, and when I got there I realized the class doesn't start until next week. Ahhhhh! Aww, thanks guys! Smiley, trust me on the sugar free jello pudding. It's good stuff! Haha Christina, I love your optimism! I actually had a class out there over the summer, so I had no problem finding it. I drove straight there and strolled right in like I owned the place. Boy did I feel like a jackass.

Feeling a little down today. I don't know why. Work was busy and I was really tired. I went for a walk after work and then took a nap, then when I got up I brought the Adventures of Huckleberry Finn to this Thai restaraunt and had some dinner, then I went and bought myself a bottle of cheap wine. I hate being alone so often, but at the same time I have no yearning to go out and meet people.

Special K Bar (90)
Cranberry Juice (110)
Applesauce (50)

I did go out to my friend's show tonight and it was really good. They're really great. I'm glad I went, it picked my mood up.

Im sorry you are feeling down... I hate being alone..its always been a problem for me. I think sometimes it falls into the same personality that gains weight...almost like we need instant satisfaction or something to make us feel good all the time because of our self esteems...I dont know..maybe its too many years of therapy talking but i have found that about myself. It looks like your doing great.... Good for you for going out to see friends anyways...sometimes we all need to push ourselves. Keep smiling sweetpea!

Thanks for the pep talk stopntheexcuses. I agree about the instant gratification thing. Some of these things are so hard to admit. I guess that's one reason being on a forum like this is so good. It's a safe place to talk.

Today was a very very boring day. I slept in and then got up and had some breakfast. Then I went to the pool and read for a little while, but then it started raining (outer bands from Hurricane Katrina) so I just went home and sat around the rest of the day, trying to get reading done. Blah.

Breakfast:
Egg Beater omelet with mushrooms, tomatoes, and onions (75)
Orange Juice (110)
2 Slices of Veggie Bacon (60)

Lunch:
Veggie Salami Sandwich with slice of provolone (380)
Handful of chips (140)
pickle slice (10)

Dinner:
Veggie Bean and Cheese Quesadilla (200)

Maybe you could join a club or something... Hmm. :(

About Captain Crunch: I proved to myself ONCE AGAIN that I can't buy that cereal. We got some yesterday, and I ate HALF OF THE BOX! Today, it's gone. Pretty sad.

Another thing: On the front of the box, Captain Crunch is EATING Captain Crunch. Isn't that cannabalism??

Your diet looks good. Obviously the key to eating Captain Crunch is moderation. :D

Cap'n Crunch Cannabalism! LMAO
Girl, the men are intimidated to come up to you. If you see a hot guy. Smile, tilt your head. Remember we talked about this b4? You are gorgeous, now go get 'em! Or ENJOY your time alone, so many of us wish we had THAT! LOL

Hahahahahahahaaha. Cap'n Crunch Cannabalism.

I try to limit myself to one bowl of the Cap'n at a time. It's really not as bad as one would think. Sweet, but no higher in calories than most other cereals. Moderation is the key to everything in our crazy diet world!

Christina Christina Christina...what can I say? I repel men. Thank you for the compliments. I don't know what's wrong with me though. I just don't know. I don't smell. I'm not dumb. I just don't know man. I do enjoy my alone time, but I also get lonely, and I wouldn't mind some hot action either. :)
