Something amazing happened this week. I BARELY GAINED WEIGHT! I am up .6 to 166.6!!!!!! That is amazing!!!!!
I feel like I got a free pass this week. A week to eat what I want and not exercise and not gain a whole pound.
Some of my eats this week were pizza nova a pound of wings subway 2 bowls of pasta at once a plate of fries thanksgiving leftovers in heaping amounts and a footlong sub.
But you know what I think is different this time? I ate a very sensible breakfast and lunch on most days. But I need to get my ass back into gear. My cousin is just killing it. She's down 21 lbs I want that too! I want us to be doing it together but I cant get my shit right this past week. I just want to indulge in ALLL my cravings and then say OK now FUCK OFF!!! I may do that today. I don't know. But I want to get back into my workouts today. BILLY BLANKS HERE I COME!!! I need to step it up and Billy will help me.
I have an excuse for not working out this week. Firstly my glands have been swollen all week. I was pounding back the vitamin C all week so I wouldn't get sick sick. ALSO after that long thanksgiving of sleeping in I got out of my habit of waking up at 5:20 and it became sooo difficult. My mom also started saying that she was going to get a gym membership for us to share and it got me thinking that I'd switch my workouts to after work. Then I could have a little more sleep and Maybe get to work earlier and leave earlier. So with thinking i would do it in the afternoon and shit it just never got done. But today billy starts. it all starts. Time to lose another 6 or more!!!
I have not decided yet but I MIGHT give into a Mcdonalds craving I've had all fucking week. It's killing me and it needs to be over with or it will continue to haunt me. I wll let all yall know how it goes

So I have accepted the fact that my weight is probably gonna flucuate widely, and I will just get back to it as soon as possible. Please give us the report on P90x whenever you start doing it. I'm kinda curious about it, and also kind afraid of it, lol.
