Yes I did and I'm about to use it right now!! I also bought some really nice flash cards and a coloring book which have been a huge help too.

Me too! My "sister-in-law" (my brother who is pretty much a brother just not blood) is pregnant, too! OMG I am sooooo happy, she's 38 and has wanted a baby since she married J. 3 years ago! And they didn't get preggers until just recently although they'd been "trying." HAHA! YAY!!!I'd give you advice, but I haven't been training like I should due to work and people always wanting me to hang out with them all the timeOh yeah, and doing way too much yoga
My half marathon is 2 weeks from YESTERDAY and I'm not sure I'm going to be able to run the whole thing

Orange poweraid..I agree, sports drinks are too sugary! I never noticed till I started drinking water a LOT then I tasted some poweraid and was like "Ew....whyd I ever drink this before?!"

ooooh....I know what you mean about having a hard time motivating others when it's hard enough to motivate yourself! I think that you said it on the nose....you can't wait around for other people to accomplish your goals with you.....besides they are YOURS, not his. But what I did find to be helpful, was involving my time with me, and my workouts, and then after a while it actually motivated my BF to do the same....The Plan
Monday: (technically a rest day) PM Forelimb workout and full body stretch
Tuesday: AM Abs PM 3 mile run
Wednesday: 2 mile hill wo/stretch
Thursday: AM Abs PM 3 mile run
Friday: AM Yoga PM Stretch/rest
Satruday: Strength Train 90 mins
Sunday: (long run) 4 miles
The running is from the program and I stuck in the cross training on off days. I will modify as I go. I'm currently having a hard time getting Stephen motivated to do anything so I might just go at it alone and stop waiting around for him. I feel like he is currently dragging me down because he has zero motivation and I am lacking it aswell which makes it twice as hard. But I will do a video when I get home and get a good full body stretch in... as well as foam roll my legs.

...he actually told me so a few weeks back, that it was my motivation to try and get and maintain fit, that actually propelled him to get off his ass and work out!....WELL HEY, who the HELL knew it was me who inspired him! I thought I was just being useless in my attempts to get him to partake in the MOVING LIFESTYLE! ....go figure.....but my advice...just do for yourself....and they will follow....

So I am hating myself right now... I am slacking big time on my school work. I just hate that all of my classes are done online and I have to constantly check for updates and new assignments and what not. Long story short I missed an assignment for my A&P class... its only worth 5 pts... but still I just feel like a complete loser... I really need to get my shit together. I have not been studying near as much as I should be... like yesterday I didn't go to lab so that I could go home and study... ha didn't happen I went to the grocery store before going home and then cleaned the house and started dinner then worked out and finished dinner... and then put a movie on and ate dinner then went to bed!!! UGH!!!! STAB ME!! So now I need to get on track with my school stuff before I drown!!!
You're not a loser, and hey you got a great workout in too--it's incredibly difficult to balance weight loss/fitness gain, school, work, and household duties and you seem to be doing a WAY BETTER job than I could do, or most people for that matter. Your schoolwork inspiration will come.....remember the workouts are only keeping good brainpower! Awww girlie.....boy do I know how that goes! On a lighter note I did workout last night. I did Jillian Michales Cardio Kickbox with my wrist weights... and I did pretty good. My back and shoulders are pretty sore today from throwing punches with the weights, but its a good sore. I got up this morning and did abs, just like the plan says. I got out of bed late but was like screw it who cares if I'm late to work its slow anyway. (PS I get to work before anyone else.. we don't open till 8 and I get here at 7 so technically if I dont get here at 7 I'm not late... anything after 8 would be considered late). I did a quick 15 mins of abs of steel... ha an old 80s ab workout.. its acutally not bad. And tonight is 3 miles... lets hope I can at least keep that motivation going and hopefully it will flow over into my school work!!!
