It needs to happen NOW!!

Good Morning Everyone!

I am starting this morning off right with a cup of Green Tea and 2/3 cup of Oatmeal. This time, i'm not adding anything to the oatmeal, so I hope it's still good.

Talking about defecating, I didn't go yesterday. I think...So I hope I do today! (It's an important activity in my daily life...if I don't go, I get worried.)

I didn't jump on the scale this morning. I'll just surprise myself tomorrow. I just hope to be 172-171. I won't be exercising tonight because of my volunteering, so my diet must be on key! Also, yesterdays tacos must of had extra salt sprinkled on them because I felt super bloated yesterday and feel bloated right now. I'll keep myself watered ;)

I have a midterm on Friday, I hope I "fix" the stress of it with food. or feed the stress with food.

Today's Food Log:
700: 2/3 cup of oatmeal
1130: $2.83 salad, spinach, vinegarrete dressing, olives, peas, kidney beas, chicken breast, turkey, jalapenos AND half a bag of BAKED original LAYS potato chips
720: 1 6 ounce can of tuna

MY FEET HURT! o_o I am 173.4 pounds at like 4pm........showers are so refreshing! tomorrow is my official weigh-in...i'm scared. i'm panicking...what do i eat tonite? =/

Congrats on today's weigh in! I just read your whole diary and it looks like you're doing awesome! On those days that things don't go perfect, don't beat yourself up. Life happens and if you can follow your diet and exercise plan most of the time, the weight will come off.
You mentioned in the beginning of your diary that you wish chicken thawed faster lol. I know you are on a college student's budget BUT you might want to consider getting a grill machine (like a George Forman). You can find cheap versions and I freakin' LOVE mine lol! It will cook any meat in 5-6 minutes EVEN if it's FROZEN!

Well I will be back to check on you so keep up the good work and thanks for stoppin' by my place! On my way to check out your pics...

ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?! 5-6 MINUTES FROZEN?!?!?!

that's crazy! I forgot my apple at home, it sucks because i'm hungry and i'm trying to survive on 10 dollars this week. or well for lunch tuesday-thursday.

i'm listening to my body, and i need to eat to have energy to give 110% for today's workout. if not, i'm sure i'll faint.....

camy, if you're reading this, could you please post some quick/HEALTHY recipes??? I have chicken breast for meat...and a few jars of spaghetti sauce...

Hello! I've been reading your diary lately and figured it was time to finally say something lol. Congrats on your weight loss so far. You are honestly doing a great job and as long as you keep it up, you will definitely reach your goals. In a couple of months it will be summer. Just think of all the progress you can make by then!! Anyway I'll be keeping up because I'm excited for you! :)

Got any veggies to throw in there? I'd take whatever veggies you've got--broccoli, onion, mushroom, zucchini, etc and cook them in a bit of olive oil with the chicken breast and spaghetti sauce. Noodles optional.

Congrats on 171.6!!!!

WOW. I have readers!! I really really appreciate the support and the encouragement and the good words. :Angel_anim: I hope to remind y'all that I update my posts 3-4 times a day...THE SAME POST 3-4 times a day. So....My grammar might be in past tense/future tense/present tense. I hope you can stay on with me!

Today is one of my low days. aka super low calories. I feel it. I feel light-headed. I'm going to eat a really good dinner tonight. AND Baskin robbin's has a $1 cones today.

Well...I wish the weekend would come sooner, but I have so many things to do. Also a midterm to study for on Friday.....Sad to say, I'm excited to study because I want to drink a Rockstar...I drink those Sugar Free Rockstars and they work! DEFINITELY HAVING ONE TOMORROW.....

i am pretty full...but NOT feeling light-headed anymore. whew.
Scale
1- light headed, like i was today
5- content, not feeling guilty for what i just ate
9- i want to throw up
10- i want to throw up + i feel bloated + "i wish i needed to shit"

I'm at about 7 right now...since my last meal was so long ago, my body does NOT want to throw this up!

i have some left over curry + padthai + white rice for tomorrow lunch, DON'T FEAR! I have not jumped off the wagon, while driving back home, i was thinking of all the veggies i could put in the creamy curry to make it an even better nutritional dish! Also, the scoop from baskin robbin's was a kid's scoop and i only ate half of it, so i have a little treat for myself tomorrow!!!

I really want to be under 170 by the end of this week, so I hope my headphones come in tomorrow, like amazon guestimates, I really need to UP my cardio!

MINI-GOAL under 170 lbs by 4/19

I really really like this online community we have here...Thanks so much everyone for your support! Please, don't hesitate to give me advice along the way!!! :grouphug:

hii!! thank you so much for stopping by!!!

Bikinibounds recipe is probably what I would have said... only if you have enough veggies, I would skip the sauce, veggies themselves will create a bit of liquid and it won't feel dry!

Another thing you can make with just some chicken and some lettuce is a modified caesar salad. Grill the chicken (I have good pans that need no oil... lucky me!), then cut it up into little bits, wash and cut the lettuce throw it all together, instead of the very fatty caesar salad dressing, use a bit of olive oil, salt and lemon juice. Very low cal, the lettuce will fill you up, the chicken will make it yum and you have had tons of veg, some protein! If you feel adveturous you can grill some bread (not much, just like 6 to 8 small pieces) while you grill the chicken and there go your croutons!

I do nto eat a lot of chicken, but do that with fish. Grill myself a piece of fish, make a ton of lettuce and yum!

Another thing you can easily make is ratatouille with anything. You need a courgette, some aubergine, and any other veggie you have around. Throw some olive oil into the pan and some garlic and onion. Then after a few minutes all your veggies and a tin of tomato sauce (or tomato puree, or just use fresh tomatoes). When it is bubbling place the chicken on top, close the lid and leave it to stand for 8 to 10 minutes. Check that the chicken is properly done before you take it off the hob and gobble it all up!

Good luck, Camy

Thanks Camy!!!

Yeah I figured the sauce + chicken breast + veggies = i-can't-go-wrong. ;)

Well everyone, it's crunch time. I have one midterm this Friday...compared to others, I shouldn't complain.

I don't think I can work out, so my diet will HAVE to be on key, thai food and the strawyberry cheesecake ice cream will have to wait until thursday. oh well.

I look pretty thin today in this outfit i'm wearing....Threadless girly size L and size 10 LOWEST RISE express cropped jeans. =)

HAVE A GOOD DAY EVERYONE!!!!
