Day 3 eating good is complete. Consumed 1200 cals today, going to the cinema later, oh the thoughts of turning down all that lovely rubbish food( WHICH IS NOT SO LOVELY FOR MY DIET!:( )

AYes my princess..you are doing so good right now...I am completely proud of you!! and I can totally relate to the arms that keep waving after you stop..haha...its not a pretty site...lol :)
 
Good morning all!! My period cramps are awful have work in 2 hours and a half, must go and get dressed and get the stupid bus in:(


Anyway why i am writing my post so early is that i weighed myself today, just out of curiosity and i have OFFICALLY LOST OVER 2 STONE, i am so happy. This time last year i lost nealy 2 stone but didnt reach it ( 1 stone and 13 pounds was what i lost) and then i put it all back on.


I am now 15 stone 10.5 pounds! ( 220.5) now i know weigh in day for me is not till another 4 days time but i wanted to check this morning, i wont weigh myself again till that day.


I've had porridge for breakfast and a orange afterwards, i plan on eating to 1200 cals and having another good day!

Hey everyone so yesterday i ate very good..delira. I plan on eating v.good today too. Today will be my 5th day in a row eating good and that hasn't happened in aages!!! I leart some facts yesterday about my BMI and weight and i was shocked by the results!! I'll write them down here...



When i was 249 pounds my BMI was 39 which just about fitted me in the obese category now that im 220.5 pounds my BMI is 34.5 and i am still in the obese category.


in order for me to be just in the overweight category i need to lose another 30 pounds!! Which to me sounds crazy, but science is science and im not gonna question it.


for me to just get into the normal weight category i need to lose 61 pounds!! Can't believe it. I already feel so much lighter imagine how i would feel after i lose another 30 pounds!


Anyway still have my horrible periods and i feel not the best, but did 30 mins brisk walking yesterday and 30 mins of dancing today.

If your arms are really bad you might be able to get an arm tuck on the nhs.

yes the BMI chart can be so intimidating...for me to get into "healthy" is 140 pounds....but its so hard.....I am happy to be just "overweight" right now....but my long term goal is to get in that healthy range....with a 4 to 5 pound buffer. I really am hoping and working for the end of the year. So we will see.

Still have my manky periods, wish i could work out like a crazy person!! Ireland had the worst summer since the 1960's apparently, since June it has raining everyday, miserable. Also so delighted about Katie Taylor. Hope she wins again tomorrow:)

Ruth: haha i wish, i would be on day 6 today if i didnt break out. Anyway, im prop exgarrating about my arms- they are not that bad, its not like they have excess skin on them or anything... so i doubt i need arm tuck. To be honest, i hate the thought of surgery. I would freak out, i know i have to start doing exercise to target that area but motivation? nada.

Hey Irish, Good job 5 good days in a row.....you are on a roll!!!! I am also aiming for overweight lol I need to follow your example...I am a all or nothing person not great when getting started.....I think I will try the mini goals instead of focusing on the scale as much as I do I will aim for good days and the rest should fall in place! Thanks for the motivation!!!!
 
KATIE TAYLOR HAS WON GOLD!! I am so proud of Ireland right now. It was very emotional seeing her win. She seems like such a lovely down to earth girl. It has totally lifted our spirits as a nation.HON THE KATIE!!


Day 6....consumed 1200 cals, today at work a 7up can fell on my big toe ( my shoes are a shitty pair i got for 3 euro in primark... i think this is a major sign i need to invest in a good sturdy pair of shoes)


Weigh in day is tomorrow, and i still have my period so i hope i lose a good number:(


In an awesome mood over Katie Taylors victory though, say the buzz will last a while yet:)

Heya Irish! Ha I'm terrible, I don't watch the Olympics... never have. I just remember being little and the bits and pieces I saw I was pretty bored... Then again, I can't watch ANY sport. At all. Or I go a bit mental lol. Probably because I've never had the coordination to do/play anything?? I'm glad the win for your country has lifted your spirits though!

AWe love the olympics....we have had them on the tv every night so far...but tonight...its the Pittsburgh Steelers first pre season game...so yes american football wins every time in this house...lol.

I HAVE OFFICIALLY LOST 30 POUNDS!!! I am so so happy. Weigh in day was today and i am now 15stone 8.5 pounds.... pretty well chuffed with myself. I lost 3.5 pounds this week, plan for today is to eat 1200 cals!

Thanks you guys!! Well i am so annoyed with myself, i ate bad yesterday even though i wasn't hungry. My mom was gone for a few days visiting relatives and she came home yesterday and we had a mini party!! lol, anyway jellies, choc, fries and a chicken wrap was consumed! ALOT OF CHOCOLATE THOUGH :O


Anyway today is another day and i will consume 1000-1200 cals today! Detemined to have a good DAY 7!!
