Hey guys!!!!
SOOOO yesterday went exactly as planned - drink a lot of beer, eat a lot of pizza. YUCK! My tummy did NOT feel good today! I was good to it today. And it would have been my day off from exercising but I knew my body would thank me later if I just went to the gym.. so I went
Treadmill - 3 minute warm up, 1 min run @ 6.5 mph / 1 min walk @ 4.0 mph (repeated 10 times) and then walked incline to 30 minutes.
Elliptical - Highest incline setting with resistance for 20 minutes.
Rowing machine - 5 minutes
followed by abs routine.
Then I made a protein shake when I got home for dinner soooo yep!!!
I'm attaching some pics... a few that I found that are old but this will show you the difference in my weight... the jeans im wearing are freaking TIGHT on me in these pics (which are from summer) and the last 2 pics is me last night lol kinda a stupid pic but you can see how loose these jeans are now!! me and my roomie is the very last one

Must feel so good!! It's also amazing and quite rewarding I'm sure just how many people you've motivated on here. What are you studing in school? I think you would make an awesome trainer

I guess having a smoothie at 5 PM was a bad idea... such a small dinner and too early for me to eat!!!
