matt - thanks for reading my journal and leaving replies! i appreciate your feedback

i do agree that it's not really about losing weight. it should be about feeling good and being healthy, and adjusting to a new lifestyle. however, i am so impatient to see results that i think weight loss is more important right now. i know that it is not, but being that it's only been 2 weeks and i already have great results, it makes me want more! i want to know where i will be in a month, 2 months, 3 months from now. BUT the scale does not measure my pride, and my pride is far more pleasing then seeing the pounds dropped.
anand - i started this whole thing september 11th. that was the day i weighed in at 155.8.. i have worked out every single morning since the 15th
i'll update this later with today's food intake/calories
hope everyone's having a great weekend!
~Sarah
