anand - I guess by really having no money in my wallet with me at college!! LOL my mom sends me back with a bunch of groceries so I don't get any junk food.
here is what i ate yesterday:
breakfast: special k cereal w/skim milk, 12 oz coffee
snack: almonds, granola bar
lunch: egg salad sandwich, fat free chocolate pudding
snack: apple
dinner: salad w/light thousand island dressing, lasagna cheese rollup thing my mom made lol
after dinner: 1 1/2 miller lites, pistachios
I think my calories were somewhere around 1,300-1,400.
I'm meeting with my mom's personal trainer today for a free workout session. I'm really excited! I am going to be running with her in the 5K in November!

(loved the packers comment LOL) once again thank you for your encouragement, i needed it. it is so hard to take this one day at a time. i'm scared that i won't get to where i want to be, that this is how i'm supposed to look..... i'm just having a moment right now
i should just go to bed and get over it already!
