Well, I officially love lean pockets. I eat two for dinner for 560 cal and I feel stuffed ^_^. I may eat that meal once a week before I go on the treadmill because the extra carbs and protein gives me an energy boost.
My choir teacher told me I looked like I lost weight today ^_^.
To answer Qjay:
-I feel like I'm climbing up a ladder rather than staying at the bottom in the hole, if you get what I mean; overall. I guess you're right...if I just stick to this the weight will come off naturally. So, damn...if by summer I'm at 220 rather than 200, I will be disappointed but 220 is better than 242

. And I feel healthier ya know...after I work out I get lightheaded for a good ten minutes but then it's like part of my body is very, very alert..but the other part is tired

2x Lean Pockets Philly Steak n' Cheese
----burned 350 calories on the treadmill in 39:02
----drank 64 oz water (I'm almost done with this, I may have another big 30ish oz. glass tonight and take a big pee tomorrow morning

Jesus I had only 1480 calories today. It sure doesn't feel like it. I was more hungry in the 2200's...But hey this proves that I can DO THIS...
Oh and my man boobs dont look as big. That's the HUGE thing. I check myself in the mirror a hundred times a day making sure they aren't sticking out ....ugh.
