Thanks Q! It was great. We didn't run as much as I had wanted but it was an awesome day. We did a run walk interval for the first 2.5 km and then walked the rest. My heel is doing pretty good so I think it was a good run overall. I got a little massage ball for it and it feels so good. Rest day tomorrow. I think ill rock that! Lol.
I'm glad to hear that you are feeling better. Dont forget to have enough sleep so you have more strength on your exercise. Is skipping hard to do? I honestly never experience that.
