137 today. Less than last week but still up from earlier this week. Over ate today...I think. Didn't eat breakfast, finally got out of bed around 11. Did some errands, ate spaghetti for lunch and a sugar cookie, then 6pm for A's Company Xmas dinner. I had 2 drinks, way too much food (ceasar salad which has too much dressing, prime rib which was soft enough to easily cut with a butter knife, 2 buns, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans), and then also ate some BBQ chips and salty cashew nuts, and then even though I was already super full I ate a piece of cheesecake which was also delicious, and then more BBQ chips while playing some pool. Was a good and fun night but feel kinda bad for being such a

iggy:. I *think* that's all I ate today. Tomorrow will be dinner at my moms, will try to eat proper portions and little/no dessert. Need to eat more veggies during the week.
I will do my best come Monday to track what I eat and attempt to figure out calories from there. I definitely am much more aware and read labels for calories, sugar, and sodium content and try to gauge from that if it's OK to eat and how much at a time.
mrs woods: what do you mean by "Try not to eat energy that you have burnt off"?
I also drank 2L (perhaps a bit less because I think my FBIL drank some) or Sprite, and about 1L of Cran/Rasp juice. 130ish cals per 250mL. Oh that was this week, not in a day. The juice was on sale and I remembered drinking it like that (or maybe it was with Gingerale? Can't remember) at a friends over Thanksgiving and decided to do that for a bit of a special drink when I didn't want water. I'm thinking for the rest of the juice I will just water it down rather than add pop to it.
Not giving up though. Still trying to eat healthy, and as of Monday will also be trying to get a workout in as well even though I am doing the second job, I think now that I'm not really sore after shifts that I should start doing cardio to burn more cals. I figure even if it's just some jumping jacks or something simple to get my heart rate up for 10 mins it's better than nothing, right? I don't get my heart rate up at work, it's more lifting than anything so it's more strength training in my eyes. Still need the cardio to burn the cals and lose the weight.
Also-edited my goals with today's weigh in. Not a good start.
