I will be skinny again!!!

Yeah I figured that, but I almost feel like I'm cheating in the challenges by weighing on a fat day lol.
Although to be fair, I weighed in at 199 again so it wasn't as bad as I was expecting.
My inches were a shock, I changed were I measured, so like I took the largest from my thigh and arm, so it looks sooo bad compared to last time.
Pleased my waist has gone down a little, and really pleased my boobs haven't!! :p

I know. I already don't have super large breasts like some obese women so I can't afford to lose any of what I do have in that area. :p Let me tell you, chest exercises are top priority in my weight lifting routine. :D
 
Haha definitely! Anything that perks them up is fine by me, as long as I don't burn my boob fat at the same time!
I'm a D cup at the moment but I was a B when I met my boyfriend lol.
D seems so big to me, but it suits my body size now, so as long as I don't go below a C again it should be alright :)
 
Didn't do the DVD today :(
Not felt good, felt sick earlier, shall do it twice tomorrow instead :p

Breakfast Two scrambled eggs a chunk of cucumber and a lump of cheese
Lunch Two flapjack things and a yoghurt
Tea 3 chicken skewers a tomato and a ham omlette
Supper Creamy brie omlette
Snacks 2 Chocolate puddings
Drinks 2 pint squash, .5 pint water, .5 pint dr thunder

Whoops, way too many eggs today. Like I said, crap crap day :(
 
Despite my late night egg binge lol, my scales decided to be kind to me this morning, showing me the lowest weight I've seen in 15 months!!!!!!!
But I'm tempted to not tell you all until my weigh in for the challenge..... Although I don't think I can go that long without updating my ticker....

Haha I second that! I'm only a small C cup and I reckon if I ever get to being a size UK 8/10 then I'm gonna be flat chested.

I'm not a vain person but I'm not sure I could deal with having no boobs at all. My bf would die before he let me have a boob job though haha.
 
I know, I figure even with my flapjakcs and stuff, overall my calories still aren't too bad, so I'm more concentrating on the healthy eating aspect of the diet rather than the strictness of the low carb stuff. I'm not eating bread or potatoes and no milk, so the yoghurt was a bit odd, not had much milky stuff recently, just some cream mixed in to make a pudding.
I feel so much better without the stodgy stuff though, its weird, I always relied on stuff like that to make a meal, like wihtout potatoey stuff it wasn't a complete meal. But now I can have a chicken breast on a plate of mixed leaves, beansprouts and tomatoes, and it feel like a meal.
The only thing I'm struggling with is not having sweet stuff when I'm in the mood for it.
I used to eat a lot of sweet stuff, like I'd have a pudding after every meal (lunch and tea) then later on I'd snack on biscuits and stuff.
Since starting again I've had about 10 biscuits, which is like one sitting for old me! (excluding the two packets from before I posted again)
So I make a creamy chocolate pudding instead. 1tbsp of cocoa, 2 tsp of splenda, drop of vanilla extract and 2 tbsp double cream.
It's thick and sickly so even though its a small portion you have had enough when you finish it.
I'm trying to stick to no more than 2 a day though, because of the higher fat content that comes with using double cream.
Still intending on doing my DVD twice today, once with my boyfriend and once with my mum, but if my mum doesn't go out later on this afternoon I'll only be able to do it once, so I'll have to do it twice tomorrow instead. Going out for a meal tomorrow I think with my boyfriend. Gunna have to watch what I eat!!
Will eat really well during the day too so I have more room to wobble with my choices :p

I totally hear you on that. When I did Atkins a few years ago the biggest reason why it didn't work for me was cause I missed my desserts. Even now I have to have a smoothie or skinny cow icecream after a meal.
 
They've changed it now so there are some dessert things in the book, but not many I like so I end up with the chocolate one all the time, I just keep messing with the quantities to make it taste/look/feel different.
Some days I make it quite hard like the inside of a truffle/plrailine thingy, other days its more like mousse, but still.. hmmm.
It's not too bad though, and I'm off to look at the menu for the restaurant now so I don't make bad choices :)

Tea 2 scrambled eggs, 5 slices of ham, 30g cheddar, 50g cucumber and a ton of spinach
Supper Cheese and ham toastie
Snacks 2 Chocolate puddings, 1 flapjack thing, small bun, two biscuits and a chunk of cheese

Did my walk in about 45 ish minutes, and did the DVD, so I got in 75 minutes, so 1.25 exercise points for my team today :)
Day 3 of 30 Day Shred
Not as out of breath when I finished but still really really really hard!!!!
I'm doing in between the easy and advanced ones as the moment, to push myself that little bit more. Got my boyfriend to do it with me today and he nearly died lol, I must have been like that on the first day too, but I can feel it's slightly easier already.
 
Lots of snacks, but even so my food for today wasn't too bad.
Had quite a bit of cheese, but not too much, and also my first two slices of bread in weeks!
 
So today is off to crap start.
Scales back up to 199 because I can't go... TMI but I don't care today :(
Been up 3 hours and not eaten because my mum is decorating the kitchen so she won't let me in to make any food.
How selfish?!

Gunna walk to shipley and back though and do my DVD so thats another hour and half or so of exercise at least.

Finally eaten, 4 hours after getting up!!
Got all my paperwork for my job sorted though, so off to Shipley to fax it soon ish. But it's raining at the moment and I'm not doing a 30 min walk in the rain!! :p
Need to post some stuff off too, and I've sorted out my tax stuff.
I'm gunna be rolling in it, sort of lol

Hey red, sounds like the exercise is going well! Keep it up! And put those evil biscuits down! I just don't buy any now - if they aren't there then I can't eat them.

Can't believe you live so near to shipley, what a small world - are you bingley or Bradford way?

I'm doing pretty well with the sweet stuff, like I said, I've eatne 1 old style portion over numerous days, and my boyfriends gives me funny looks when I eat them so I never eat many lol.
Off out for a meal soon, so will look at the menu before I go, but they do the most amazing pizzas.. Will have to resist!!!
 
Eek, its 9:30pm and all I've eaten so far is lunch and a bun and a flapjack :(
Should really go make food, decided to eat out another night instead coz it got so late without us realising!
 
I know but I was out until 6, then just wasn't hungry, and now it's 10pm and I've done nothing and didn't even notice the day disappear :/
 
Well I ate :)
Bulked it up with a ton of spinach and loads of cucumber.
And I exercised.
Day 4 of 30 Day Shred.
Gets easier every time :)
Don't get me wrong it's still hell!! But I can do it more ans have to stop less, I also do more of the advanced ones now instead of the modified ones, although I still can't do a push up!
