I will be skinny again!!!

I'm quite happy to stay up North :)
My friend moved down South for Uni and hates it, holidays I've had down there have been good though, but I can't imagine living down there, except for the theme parks!

My boyfriend finally managed to get the guy on the phone to send us the stuff we need quickly (5-6 days! I was in shock) rather than the usual 4 weeks! But the first guy we spoke to was an idiot and practically hung up on us!
Try ringing again because if you end up speaking to a different person, you can get a completely diferent outcome!

I thought I'd track you down to your diary, I hope you understand that I didnt manage to read it all haha but I did notice you early posts mentioned you went to Download festival. I did too! It was awesome!

I second the love for the North btw, I've said many a time I will never move anywhere south of Manchester.

Todays not had any chance to go well or bad.. I only just got up!!
Not been sleeping too well at the moment, loads of weird dreams so when I wake up I just don't feel rested.
Also got a rude awakening from the window cleaners this morning. I sleep in just my boxers (girl boxers I may add :p) and with one curtain half open, but there is a picture on my windowsill so only the top right quarter of my window is on show. SO normall yit's fine. But today...
I was half out of the covers, with pretty much just my bum on show when I heard a fuunny tapping noise, I woke up and saw my boyfriend had pulled the covers over his head and was giggling, at which point I realised it was the window cleaners!!! And my bum was out, facing the window!!!!!!
Yes I had on underwear, but you know that really awful thing where your bum eats your underwear! Yeah it happened :(
I threw myself under the covers and didn't move for ages.. Thats the second time I've been caught in a compromising position by them!
 
So far today I've been up about 2 hours ish and I haven't eaten. I don't feel hungry and when I look in the fridge/cupboard there is nothing in there I want.
Might go grill some chicken things but just don't feel like eating. It doesn't help that I've got a really sore throat today.
On the other hand, the scale is still steadily at 199 :)
 
Right, I'm eating right now!
I feel better for it but I'm getting full so quickly even though I've barely eaten, I hope I'm not getting ill, my DVD comes tomorrow!! I'm so excited for it :)

Breakfast None
Lunch 5.5 chicken skewers, 2 mango and chilli, 2 red thai, 1.5 lemongrass
Tea Cod on RWSR salad with cherry tomatoes
Supper 2 fried eggs and 2 rashers of bacon
Snacks Chocolate pudding
Drinks .5 pint Dr Thunder, 1 pint sugarfree squash, .5 pint water

The chicken things were amazing.. Well.., Except the lemongrass ones, tasted a bit like floor cleaner or somethingy lemony and bleachy lol
The mango ones were GORGEOUS, so sweet and mangoey :)
Much better than nandos mango spicey thing, that is too spicy for me!

Gunna go make some tea now, today food wise has been pretty bad, but just not feeling hungry, but at least my DVD comes tomorrow :)

Can you tell I'm excited? :p
 
Feeling good tonight, ate a big healthy tea, had no cheese today for once, feeling all healthy and spritely not sluggish and wobbly!
I'm sooo stuffed and I've barely eaten today! It's weird, could be my TOM though, feels like I've been going for so long now, my ill feeling has gone, so it could still all be down the the weird sleeping.
Just doing a shopping list for my mum for the next week, trying to use up some of the stuff in the fridge and for my stepdad and boyfriends teas all next week (including sister and grandma on some days) we should only need a couple of items, three things actually!
Breakfasts will be a case of buying eggs and possibly some bread, and lunches pretty much just buying cheese and ham on top of the breakfast stuff.
I'm pretty good at this planning stuff :)
Plus it means more money for healthy stuff for me :p
 
Well I ended up shopping for my mum today, but it was ok, the bill was tiny and we have enough food to last so I have no idea how she's gone so over budget this month?

Anyway my DVD came :) Gunna do it tonight I think :) Although I'm getting cramps so it might have to wait until tomorrow at this rate!

Decided to do it tonight not tomorrow. My mum wants to join in too though so it might be weird.
I've already bagged the dumbbells though :p
I watched it earlier and I think one section I could do fine, but three in a row?! I'm not so sure lol. The full 18 minutes looks hard :(

My opinion?... Hard, awful, draining, exhausting, tiring, brilliant and effective!
I've never had such a workout! And that was only level 1 :O
 
Almost time to do the workout again. Dreading it! Everyone is in today so it's gunna be weird, but I think my mum wants to do it again.
Noticed a difference in the scales already, well not really from that but the eating too, they're still steadily dropping by up to a pound a day, some days as little as 1/4 pound but they've not gone back up in a few days!
198 this morning but not updating until my weigh in for the August challenge tomorrow.

I keep hearing about this but to be honest I can't imagine doing a workout that actually feels like work. :p It sounds absolutely dreadful, effective or not. :p I'd rather dance the lbs off. :D If you could recommend it, what would you say is its best and worst feature?
 
Definitely the best feature is how much she makes you work, which is also the worst :p
Normally I've done workouts that have been posted online and gotten bored, done a few minutes for abs, a few strength a few cardio, but I've never felt like they're doing anything, but with this I can feel it, I sweat, I get out of breath and I feel like I'm about to die! But afterwards I feel like I've worked and that it's all gunna be worth it in the end.
It's such a boost to know I can push myself so hard, because I've never worked so hard in my life. I was sweatier after 20 minutes than I ever was after an hour or two at the gym.
And I can feel it in my arms today, I've never been strong in the arms and stuff but there are push ups in the first strength section and my muscles are a little sore today, which means hopefully by level 3 I'll be able to do them properly.
My legs are a little wobbly too but again it just shows its working really.
Plus I've never had a shower that felt as nice as the one after yesterdays work out!! :p

The scales are broken!!
I have no idea how, they worked fine for me at 2pm and magically by 8pm when my mum used them they were broken :/
I think they're just not giving her the results she wants lol
My weigh in tomorrow will be dodgy now, for the first day of the challenge too!

Day 2 of 30 Day Shred.
Much easier this time, managed to do some of the bicycle crunches this time, all but the last 10 seconds!
Had to cheat on some of the strength ones because I'd hurt my arm lifting a bag in a funny position earleir, but even when I stopped the bicycle crunches I carried on with normal ones :)
Didn't have to stop after one circuit, and felt I could have done 4 circuits :)
 
Did a car boot sale this morning, put me in a bad mood. I binged slightly. But I've stopped already. Two flapjack things and a yoghurt, neither of which are allowed on my diet but who cares. 360 extra calories won't kill me, not when I've not eaten breakfast properly and have already vowed to have a better tea.
It's worse now because I'm not just letting myself down it's my team, team eclipse :) Unless it gets changed.
Still need new scales though.

Don't want to do the dvd because I don't want to do it with my mum!
Don't want to weigh myself for the challenges because I'm having a fat day.

Red was my original inches, then black is about a week or so into my first attempt.
Blue is nows inches, however I measured my thighs and biceps in a different place hence the apparent gain.

Hey, if you're having a fat day, that just means your results will look even better when you weigh in on a skinny day. :D So it's time to start working toward that skinny day, right? :)

Oooh, I like the change in your hip measurements. Very nice. Two inches GONE! :)
 
Yeah I figured that, but I almost feel like I'm cheating in the challenges by weighing on a fat day lol.
Although to be fair, I weighed in at 199 again so it wasn't as bad as I was expecting.
My inches were a shock, I changed were I measured, so like I took the largest from my thigh and arm, so it looks sooo bad compared to last time.
Pleased my waist has gone down a little, and really pleased my boobs haven't!! :p
