Okay guys, (I'm new on here) so I've been kinda big my whole life... right now I'm at my breaking point and I feel like I would do better if I had people counting on me. I currently weigh 210-215. I am 5'4". And I am 19 years old.
My goal weight is 150-140. The main problem right now is that I have a desk job for 8 hours a day 5 days a week.
Please anyone willing to be a friend and help talk me through it or give tips!
