I feeeeel goood nananaaaana naaa

Nice job on the weight loss, Kori! I recently tried that greek yogurt and, you're right... it's delicious. I had the vanilla flavor and it was intense and very thick. If it wasn't so expensive, I'd eat it for my yogurt every day!

Hey Kori,

Congrats on losing 2.2 kg! That's awesome, especially since you said you didn't eat well. I wish I could do that, but every time I eat a little bit off my diet I gain like 3 lbs. lol

I've never had Greek Yogurt. I'll have to try some. :)

Hi Ms Y - Yeah the greek yoghurt is expensive, but if you get the hand made stuff it is so worth it for a quality product! I would love to eat it all the time too, but it is a bit rich for me! I tend to stick to low or no fat versions - but generally plain not flavoured as I don't like the flavours.

Hey Dreaming, I wish it was 2.2 kg.. I wrote it funny coz I was excited, but it was actually 1kg or (2.2 pounds) :p

And as it turns out, I have put some on overnight.. so I guess all the eating has caught up anyway LOL but it's all fine! Just shows how silly it is to get hung up or excited about scale losses :p

Thanks for dropping by and for the support you guys! Really appreciated :D Hope you are all having a great weekend - Monday morning here, and I am tired after a big weekend!

Really it's expensive? My lil tub was $3.99, I would like to know however where I can get no fat or low fat from my high fat (M.F. 15%) stuff, and I'd read about these flavors...wondering what they're like.

Also I really can't stand goat's milk/cheese, but I swear I can taste just a hint of it in this stuff. It's not bad actually. ;)

Do you have anymore awesome recipes as of late Kori? :)

Yeah the Greek Yoghurt has a very "earthy" taste, rather yummmmy!

hmmm well tonight I am making the Thai Turkey cakes I posted the recipe for previously ... LOL so nothing new for today, next time I do something new I will post the recipe :)

Did you ever make any of the recipes?

G'day Shinsplint! Thanks for dropping by :D Things is not too bad.. think I am PMSing at the moment.. so bit grumpy, and a few things to deal with on the home front .. not to mention I am up a bit in weight again today (think that is PMS related though) Appart from that... not too bad :D

How's things in Melbourne today? Bit chilly here, but not as bad as last week which was FFFFFFffffrrrreeeezing.. well for us.. 1 to a high of 14 brrrr

hey girl,
thanks for passing by my diary, i see you've been doing pretty great....don't worry about the overnight fluctuations coz alot of the times it's usually just water weight.

otherwise glad to see your doing great, take care hun xoxo

:blush5: ermm no not yet, takes me awhile to get around to things...but I've copied and pasted them. ;)

Plus I really like to look at them and salivate. :)

hehehe you are funny :D ( in a good way :p )

Well tonight I am making an Mediteranean style Chicken casserole, pretty easy, and yummy! It's cold and a bit wet here today, so I want something a bit hearty tonight.

Sounds like a good plan, oh and BTW 1-5 C in the morning is chilly, I would agree, I can see my breath at 5 when I run still. ;)

Hi, Kori, thanks for popping by my journal, thought I'd return the courtesy and check in on you.

Looks like all is well - keep at 'er!

Oh, and RunningGirl - the MF in dairy products is the percentage of Milk Fat.
1% milk = 1% fat
cheese with 15% MF = well, you get the picture.

Hey Cherry (sorry didn't see you there before!!!!) Thanks for checking up on me, I am doing OK thanks hun :) Hope you have a lovely, happy, positive day!!!! :D

Hey Cord,

Thanks for dropping in! The support is always appreciated :)

'Ello, luv! Stopping on by after my crazy week to leave some drive by encouragement... :biggrinjester:

I keep getting thrown off by your seasons, I forget you are going into your autumn/winter season now. I keep hoping the summer up here will finally start showing me some heat, but at least it isn't your temps. I also need to constantly convert Celsius to Farenheit in my head, my country is metrically challenged.

Hey there Kori, some of your meals sound pretty yummy. Im always looking for new ideas...its a good thing I like to cook, cuz i always seem to be doing it..lol. thanks for stopping by and saying hi, always nice to see you. ~ Michelle :)

Heya - PMS can be a big b****! You just throw her a juicy bone and tell her to stay the f*** away!!

Sorry, ahem, PMS you know, makes me say things I wouldn't normally....

Weather is nicer in Melb, days of sunshine and a dream for walking! (Though you know, even as I type this, dark clouds may be gathering...)

Hope your week goes a dream! :auto:

my country is metrically challenged.

:smilielol5: :smilielol5: :smilielol5: Super! One for the Oxford crew. :sifone:

For 5 onces of the greek yogurt, it was $1.53 -- compare that to the 0.40 cents I'm used to paying for my usual stuff!

Anyway Kori, I haven't been around much, but I wanted to check in on you guys. Looks like you're still doing a bang up job.

Hi Shinsplint, thanks for dropping by.. Oh yeah.. the ole PMS although I dunno about the P part.. seems like it is Pre-During-Post sometimes.. been quite blue and teary today, but I will be fine tomorrow I am sure.

Hey Ms Y..Getting there slowly hun, getting there slowly :) I hope things have been a bit better with you since we saw you last!
