I have been trying to increase the exercise a bit.. by doing a fair bit of random stuff like Counter top push ups... and lots of squats/lunges/arm movement thingies

Feels definately like something is going on, I feel a bit of soreness all over at the moment (in a good way!) I found a Work out DVD I had forgotten I bought ages ago.. so I will give that a go too!
Weighed myself today (shouldn't have) and I was up the kg I had lost earlier in the week! ARgh.. when will I learn not to weigh myself so often LOL
I am thinking of getting rid of the scales and finding a better weigh in alternative.. maybe at a Pharmacy or something... Dunno will think on that one
