I don't like the cookies, the cookies like me!

Yes, Twinmom, it has been a slightly crap-esque week, but I am still friggin' determind! :cool: I have to say that the support from all you guys is key. I can't (yes I can) believe the difference talking and sharing and supporting others has been. Hugs to all of you!!!:D :D :D

Yesterday, I ate cereal, banana, 2 apples, 1 orange, 2 small wraps (one was tofurky :) ), and ,er, taco salad, 2 helpings.

I'm not happy about the 2 helpings of taco salad, rather bad. My fault I'm afriad.

I'm just really hoping now that sillygirl's back gets better. She's had so much pain, it really needs to get better, let's all hope, cross fingers, whatever... :eek:

Eeek, I was bad...

I was a bad bad girl yesterday. I started out ok. I had my cereal, 2 apples, 1 banana, and 1 can beans for lunch. But when I got home from work last night, I made the bad for me greek pizza!!! :eek: And I had 2 slices, and a tofuitti cutie.:mad: :mad: :mad: I'm soooooooo annoyed at myself.

Today WILL be better, you best believe that. I am walking to work and walking home, and I'm having a salad when I get home tonight!!! :eek:

Well, I'm still so mad at myself. I know I have to put that energy to good use today and eat better, as well as move, and I'm also annoyed that I haven't been working out. I need a telling off for that alone.

Get off your a$$ and start working out!!! No excuses, just do it! (was that what you were looking for?)-- But seriously, don't be so hard on yourself... you're on the right track and at least you are being honest and acknowledging when you get off track.
 
Well, if you are looking for someone to gripe at you for not working out, then you are at the right place! We believe in tough love around here! ;) Get your butt moving!!

Didn't you know that it's a rule that you have to exercise at least 4 days a week or you have to post "Before" pictures of yourself in your underwear in the Before and After forum? You better get moving!!!!!

eesh, if I posted before pictures of myself in under-wear I'd get people sending me hate mails regarding their cracked monitors. Come to think of it my camera might even go on strike if forced to photograph something as hideous as me in underwear.:eek:

Anyway emcookie I'm just popping in to wish you a lovely weekend, I know you've been dissapointed about your last couple of days but I know you'll bounce back in no time!;)

Hey Emm, just checking in on you..where are ya? 2 slices of greek pizza....come on I ate 3 slices of cheese on Friday..one for lunch and 2 for dinner! So now we are even.......lets get our butts into gear and try harder the rest of this week! I second the Silly Girl Cheer!!!! *wiggling my back side :D *

It could have been worse!!!

Hi guys!!!:D

Ok, stressful last few days. I had some low-fat chips and low-fat dip. :eek: I did walk to and from work everyday. I did ok. Concidering what it could have (and used to) be like, I'm ok with it.

I will be back on track now.:rolleyes:

Exercise with weights 4 days a week.
Do cardio 4- 5 days a week (aside from walking to and from work- it's active not exercise!!!

P.S. I'm also having lasagne this weekend!!! One piece though!!!:p
