:seeya: Hi & Thanks Cate and Abby. :)

************************
My week started off great and then I hit a wall in the middle/end... *sigh*
T-Storms starting up at bedtime was a pain for a couple of nights in a row.. Hardly any sleep.
Especially w/poor ZuZu... She always gets in bed with us bc she is so scared! Poor thing. She is 10 now and this started at 8 yrs. The older she gets, the more scared she seems. :(

This just zapped any routine/energy I had before. NO Exercise the rest of week.
Then, I allowed that to affect my choices..... I had a binge day and on other days didn't portion and had seconds.
So, instead of 185.4 and losing weight this weigh in, I gained of course... Now I'm 187.8 *Shaking my head*

Trying to shake off negativity. So mad at myself. :toetap05:

Been a real blah week as well re: things just not going right and lots of disappointments.
We are not having any luck with finding a new place.

Trying to shake off the bad week now and look to the new week ahead....

I actually have one of the Leslie Sansone ones. I haven't done it in forever, and obviously never in front of Chef. haha!

I don't get what the big deal is about not wanting to do exercise stuff in front of me. I'm not going to do anything weird. I'm just going to stare at your butt the whole time.

:rotflmao:Chef!
Hubby says the same to me... lol... Not speakin' for Jen, but I tell my hubby I don't want him seein' all my wobbly parts in action. :D

***********************
It's a New Week...A New Day...Gonna do my best and get back to work!

I have already watched this 5x! :D Make sure to turn speakers on/up..

Talk about adorable! Both of them, lol.

Walk it Off in 30 Days: 5-6 days a week
1 day is Burn 30: 30 minutes of Full Body - Walking Aerobics w/2 lb each Hand Weights
The Next Day is Firm 30: 30 minutes of Full Body Strength Training with 3 lb each Dumbbells (There is a 7 minute High Intensity Warm Up)
I will start off with lighter dumbbells and then work up to my 6 lb each set during the 30 days.
..REPEAT..

Today- Day 1: Burn 30: 30 minutes of Full Body - Walking Aerobics w/2 lb each Hand Weights

Meals/Snacks have been on target today. ;)

Extra: OCD Vacuuming/Dusting...lol

I dread tomorrow. ZuZu's yearly shots are tomorrow at crazy time.. *sigh* 3:30pm appointment..
It's a 25 minute drive with her completely nervous and then the Animal Clinic is always packed with long wait to be seen and to check out/pay..

I always reward her with a walk at the park after to say I'm SORRY...lol :D:p

Once home she will ignore me for a while. :biggrinjester:

Glad she cannot read the calendar and see that next week is her Spa Day which she calls the TORTURE CHAMBER of HELL..........

Hmmmmmmmmmmm.....I have never had a "Spa Day!?!?!" What is wrong with this picture?

Have A Great Night Everyone! :seeya:

Back home from vet.. Thanks LJ! LOVE that song..;)

Gotta get my work out done now and try to get some more cleaning done as well..
Late afternoon appointments stink! o_O

Today- Day 2: Firm 30: 30 minutes of Full Body Strength Training with 3 lb each Dumbbells
(There is a 7 minute High Intensity Warm Up)

2 of 30 Days Completed

Meals/Snacks have been on target today.:)

Today- Day 3: Burn 30: 30 minutes of Full Body - Walking Aerobics w/2 lb each Hand Weights

3 of 30 Days Completed

Note re: Last Night: Instead of grabbing a HEALTHY snack, I gave in to some chips and a freakin' snack cake.. hubby's stash.:banghead:

Dang it! lol

I'm going to be on the hunt for a way to block off high-top pantry shelf.. Hopefully, out of sight, out of mind?! That's where hubby keeps all his stuff.. I was thinking those cute baskets with the colored-cloth liners, but I would truly like to come up with something more solid like trying to figure out something cabinet door like...lol... ??

oh, and by the way.........................**HUGE SIGH**:mad:

We are officially STUCK here another year.. I feel like bawling I tell ya...
So many reasons I will not bore myself with or those that keep up with my journal, but we just have too much $ going out and not enough coming in...

The past 2 weeks have been a nightmare with all the hospital bills flooding in now from my episode/stay a while ago..
We also need a new mattress...
So, we are gonna spring clean the heck out of this place, touch up paint, wash all doors down/baseboards that kinda crap and then have carpets cleaned. Then, I will unpack and get this place back to how it was..............:frown: I just have a panic attack thinking about it!!

However, one blessing that has come via hubby's procrastination is that he never took any of the nails down yet so we will not have to deal w/that nightmare! :rotflmao:Once the headache of unwrapping everything/unpacking is over, I can just plop everything back where it goes. :D

It's a huge disappointment for me, my hubby and son. Poor son (age 22) just got laid off as well due to the oil industry.
He is a machinist and runs CNC machines. He has 4 years under his belt now and has learned even more, so hopefully it will not take him long to find a job that is not all about "Oil." He has a fantastic letter of recommendation from his boss! That will help a lot I think! :)

Oh no, Stacy! That's so awful, and after all that packing you've done. I'm so sorry, but sprucing up the place is a great idea.

Thanks! :hug2:
Trying to think of the Glad Game every time I want to cuss or cry.. :D

Let's see.... I'll give it a go....

Everything I have packed, is super sparkling clean. I'm GLAD of that.

On a more real and serious note: I am thankful/blessed to have a roof over my head. So many people do not!

Oh Stacy! I'm a bit lost for words. Good for you putting a positive slant on things. It must be hard, but you are obviously a very strong woman. *big hug* to you, xoxo.

Thanks Cate. :hug2:
I'm also at a loss...lmbo! There is a reason for everything... I may not like it or agree, but it is what it is... I just try and keep focus on HOPE...
I HOPE for positive changes and blessings to come my way soon!

Hey, just wanted to check in. Man, it seems like everyone is having a rough time lately. :[ Seems like you're managing to stay positive though.

I thikn your son will be alright. I've worked in several manufacturing environments and they're always looking for good machinists.

6 of 30 Days Completed so far.

I got my/guest bathroom spring cleaned and almost unpacked.. Have to find/come across a few things decor wise and find the box for the things that hang on wall still...(another day)
Got the coat closet by front door spring cleaned/unpacked.
