LaMaria: Exactly.. I'm so sorry you have had to experience it.. Wouldn't wish this upon anyone! Truly terrible!
Thanks so much sweetie! :grouphug:

Abby: Also, so sorry you have had to experience it/deal with it.. :ack2:
YES! Those techniques help a great deal! I cannot take meds for my disorders. My body truly rejects anything but antibiotics. Even in the smallest of doses. They tried everything on me and I was always too sick from the side-effects to function or drive or they changed me into a mean/frustrated crazy person. :willy_nilly:
As a Christian, I have leaned on the Lord through prayer and bible study. Gotta keep my eyes on Jesus.
Thanks to Joyce Meyer and her devotion and love of Christ, I learned years ago about "Speaking out Loud." Plus, meditation.
Such a blessing indeed! She is a wonderful teacher of God's Word. Same goes for Beth Moore. :)

Feeling very weak at the moment which is normal...lol...
I will get through this and get better every minute.
I look forward to strength and wellness ahead.

I have to be patient and allow my body to rest and recoup.
My house that needs a scrub cleaning and laundry will still be waiting... not going anywhere...lol:p
All my errands and house hunting just have to wait..

It could always be worse.... Thank the Lord it is not for me!

I have to keep pushing away the disappointment out of my mind re: fitness and toning..
I was starting to see muscles come alive again and progress. As we all know it's quickly lost when your fitness routine stops.
This week would have bee the week to move up to my 6 lb each dumbbells and when I'm able to start back again, that still leaves me on my 3's and once again having to start slow and build up.
Drives me nuts!

One day at a time Stacy.....One day at a time.....

You can do this, girl. Remember: if you HADN'T got back on track and built up some strength in between, you'd be a lot weaker now. So go you!

*High-Five Sista!* :D :iagree:

So glad I was able to have the strength and energy to make my banana muffins!
Helping me out a lot!

Posted recipe in recipe section. :seeya:

Ya have to read my funny story a page back re: the trial and error re: this recipe! :rotflmao:

Yummmm love banana muffins. They look delish!

Totally relate to your frustration with not being able to progress in exercise due to health issues. Ugh it's sooo hard and can zap the motivation out of you. Don't give up. We can stay strong together and eventually, it will happen, just maybe not in our ideal timeframe. Hope you have an awesome Friday!

Thanks y'all. :waving:

Well, I lost 2 lbs BEFORE gettin' ill - last weekend... Have now lost 2.2 lbs since Monday from bein' so ill..

4.2 lbs lost now and 186.4

As much as I suffered, wish it could have been more than 2.2 :ack2::D

Now... I'm up to soup... YAY...lmbo...
As I add solid food back to my life, I will be back of course to my 3121 Plan and add exercise when stronger and ready.

I for sure do NOT want to gain this all back bc I'm like: FOOD!!!! I can Eat Food!!!!
Plus, evil tom is now here so I will have to keep my fantasy of winning the Golden Ticket and arriving at Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory in check!

My tummy can't handle that any way!

Holy Cow do I crave chocolate and sweets....May not be a problem right now though bc I feel so ick still.

I guess being sick does have its upside? Congrats on the loss! I do hope you get to feeling better, though. I am so not myself when I'm not 100% and I hate that!

...............am i ever gonna get freakin' well?............................................

Started off my day ill again.. :puke:

This still can't be a dang virus??!! Gonna have to go to doc Monday...

Sometimes these things come and go... and come, and go, and come, and go... But they do end up stopping in the end. Still: seeing a doctor if it lasts a long time is never a bad idea.

LaMaria: Exactly.. If I can have a 2 day in a row victory, I know I will be over the hump.. We shall see tomorrow..
If I can wake up and be normal, I will be thrilled and no need for dr. visit.

Jen: Thanks! :hug2: Hubby and I were just saying I have not been this ill since my son was 4 months old and we all 3 had a terrible virus that lasted 3 days...Sad to say, but we were so thankful he had it to bc it allowed us all to SLEEP and Heal. That was a nightmare.

Cate: I might be in the clear. ;) Will know tomorrow.

Whelp... lost .4 more... I'm now 186.0 I'll take it!

Thinking and speaking positive that this IS IT! I'm over it...I'm well.....Tomorrow starts a fresh & new week and I'm ready to play catch up and get things done! I'm excited about bein' busy and not a bump on a log on the couch or my head in the toilet.
I even spent an hour in the kitchen filling up tons of measured/portioned snack bags... Some with my homemade trail mix, some with low sodium pretzels, dividing nature valley breakfast biscuits to 2 per snack bag and makin' up some treat bags by calories for my controlled cheat days that have mini cookies or brownie bites in them. I'm ready to get back to business, get my house cleaned, catch up on laundry and then start back with fitness.

The upcoming weekend will be house hunting..We are going to Wylie. That would put hubby havin' only a 10 minute commute!!!
He has 45 mins at this time..

It's going to be a busy week/weekend! I look forward to it. :waving:

Gotta work super hard and be careful not to gain weight back!!!

Thanks Jen! :)

So glad to get my home back in order...
Good grief, you should have seen the canister for vacuum re: each room...:eek2:
Due to little Ms. ZuZu, I could have saved fur to make a coat for next winter! :rotflmao:
My house has never went 2 weeks without scrub cleaning!!!
I do it once a week and then have a day here an there where I run through quickly and keep picked up/wiped down and so on..

Just have to scrub down kitchen today and sweep/mop and the whole house will be done.

Now, I can make supper and then relax!

Just have to scrub down kitchen today and sweep/mop and the whole house will be done.
Remember I said Stars Hollow was imaginary? It's real, and it's at my house, and Stars Hollow needs to be scrubbed down before you can fully appreciate it, so....

I still owe you my recipe to cinnamon tomatillo chicken surprise.
