Welcome back!! So glad your scary vision episodes are over. I do remember once being on an antibiotic and taking it on an empty stomach because we were going out for lunch with family and walking across the parking lot I blacked out, my vision just went completely black...it was crazy scary. Glad you are on the mend!

Lord, HELP ME! I'm fixin' ta work out for the first time in over a month... :svengo:

I will take it slower than usual and "build up" so I do not get an injury.. (I have done that before after bein' sick and then was down/out due to injury..) :rolleyes:

I'm going to start with:

I will do the Burn 30 Aerobics 2 in a row ** Then the Firm 30 ST with 3 lb each dumbbells ** then Rest Day ** Repeat

I feel that will be a great plan and start..

FOOD/Portions have been OUT OF CONTROL..:toetap05:

Just completely out of wack! Thank Goodness, I'm only up at little to 189.0 (New Low was 187.0) Keeping Ticker as is to remind me I now gotta get back to 187.0 and then work towards new lows once again!

I Can Do This! The hardest part is to just get started and stick with it until it becomes "routine" again...

So Far This Week:

Back on Track ** START DAY - Wednesday - 2 Miles * 30 minutes * Burn 30 Walking Aerobics

Felt pretty darn good to exercise again! :hurray:

Slow and steady... after 15 minutes, I picked up the pace but was still mindful and careful. When you start, it's a 7 minute warm up and then you blast off.. I only slightly increased after the 7 minutes..

I will do the same thing tomorrow, but I will add the 2 lb each hand weights.

Now, time to fix supper and begin measuring/portion control again! A MUST!

I will be MIA for a while... I have been so behind bc of bein' sick for so long, so CMas shopping and grocery shopping has kept me BUSY..LOL..

Now, may all the wrapping and prep work BEGIN! :svengo:

Today and Christmas Eve will be sooooo darn busy! We travel on Christmas Day to be with family. (only a 40 minute drive).

I tell ya... More than likely my weight loss journey is going to be at a stall/put on hold... :rolleyes:

After CMas, I have to work quickly to pack away everything (can't stay up till New Year's this time) bc I have to get busy with real packing for our move!!

Hopefully I will lose from bein' so crazy busy and find the time to fit in fitness here and there.

I will check in when I can!

Take care Stacy, losing weight from being overworked and underfed is... suboptimal. Enjoy your time with the family!
 
OMGosh....What a HORRIBLE night...................... Been in safe room ALL NIGHT bc of a massive Tornado Outbreak and T-Storm System...

...........The day after Cmas.................. only in TX.... *sigh* I knew our crazy 70's and 80's weather the past week was gonna cause issues.

We are okay and no damage thank the Lord. We are in Dallas and our friends, family and where we hang out in Garland, Mesquite, Rockwall, Rowlett, Wylie and just every where were affected tonight!

Every single family member, extended family and friends were in danger tonight! Only one family (connected to extended family on hubby's side) lost everything material wise.. So thankful they made it and are alive!

Our sirens went off over 5 x tonight and we just lived in the safe room.. *sigh* The super cells were huge and took forever to leave/pass through. At one point we had the core of storm right over us with rotation. So scary!

I'm 42 years old and have always lived in Garland, Mesquite and Dallas (as well as our friends/family) and this is the first time ever that each one of us were in danger at same time.

I have over 80 posts in 1 posted message on fb via phone with us all checking on each other and reporting our current situation. Just Crazy!

What a stressful night.

Gotta get up and call Red Cross tomorrow and see how I can donate and volunteer now. So much damage all around us and 4 dead in Garland at this time. That touchdown was only 1 block from my parents/siblings.

Please pray for us all in Texas!

O wow, you've had a rough time! Glad to hear you and your loved ones are ok and kudos to you for thinking about how you can help others right away.
