I'll agree with you there, male swabs aren't pleasant. You guys aren't nearly as lubed up down there as us gals are.

As for the chlamydia, I think everybody should be tested for it. It's reached epidemic proportions in NA, and because a lot of people don't seem to know they have it, they keep passing it on to unsuspecting innocent victims.

BTW, your ex sounds like a douche bag.

Iv had clamydia before, and a fungal infection. Not ashamed to say it, that was 3 years ago like.

The swab iv had twice now, and it only lasts a second so i dont think its that bad.

Yea your ex sounds like a bitch, cant do with lasses like that. Unless im single, i like whores :D

A workout designed to burn fat (which I'm assuming you're trying to do) should be a bit of a challenge, but it should not be "unbearable" (with some exceptions). Many suggest to work somewhere between 65% and 75% of your max heart rate. You're max heart rate is 220-age.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is also something to consider (it is one of the exceptions). It burns a lower percentage of calories from fat, but it burns more total calories. HIIT also raises your metabolism due to EPOC (Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption) in addition to reducing your appetite.

I'm no expert by any means, but from what information I have gathered it seems to me that the best forms of cardio are walking, jogging, and running. Machines typically allow you to rest some percentage of your weight on them by holding onto bars or sitting down or whatever else. Any upright, weight-bearing activity forces you to use your abdominal as well as your back muscles to support your own weight. Walking, jogging, and running (dependent upon your physical capabilities) are good for your back, not bad.

Unless you are eating a over your maintenance level or are newly lifting weights (which is an activity you may want to consider looking into) you will not gain muscle. Lifting weights will raise your metabolism and, while it may (initially) add a few pounds of muscle to your frame, this is significantly more beneficial than detrimental to your weight-loss and, I'm assuming, body composition reconstruction goals.

It's pretty obvious I'm female. Most men don't wear red latex boots, do they? This is not, as you so eloquently stated, a "f,a,g site". There's no f-a-ggotry" going on here. It is a site for everybody.

Moreover, if you have a problem with the Americans who voted for Barack Obama, too bad. I would have voted for McCain, but as a Canadian, I wasn't eligible.

Why are you trying to be so offensive to everyone? (including me) I did not appreciate your misspelled (& not just typos!) nastiness in the private posts that you made to me either.

Instead of noticing only the people you don't seem to appreciate, why not notice the ones that weren't ignoring your question & having fun or the that ones responded negatively to your putdowns? BTW, You get back what you send out. You sure are putting out some very negative energy.
