i am new here and have sum ?'s

i picked this site b/c it has lots of members and i can get lots of info,here goes,,
i had sum back problems and while it has improved greatly i am still exercisng to loss more weight ,i am 6'2'' and 210.4 .i was around 240,i started eating only 1 time a day and that didnt work to good b/c i felt so bad but then we got an elliptical and i use it everyday so i started eating several small meals daily.i started out on level 1 for 20min and now 3 months later i am on level 8 .i get on it at 7pm and go for 30min and burn at least 600cal and then i get on it again for 20min at 10pm and burn at least 400cal more,but i am not losing hardly any weight now for the last 2 weeks.i dont know whats going on.and as far as my back goes could it help me to get back into the gym and put on some muscle.i went from being really active to doing nutin due to my back and i have read that inactivity can cause probs as well. the best i ever felt is when i was at 264 pounds and in the gym 7 days a week lifting but i dont have clue now what to do.any ideas would be greatly appreciated,thanks
 
using the elliptical is all the exercising i do.i dont really eat to healthy,but i dont eat junk food and it has worked up till now,i may eat a couple bowls of smart start cereal everyday and i drink mainly water and some xango juice and some milk,maybe some pork skins,a can of beans here and there and chili beans or a bologna sammich.i eat normal foods i guess,not any fruit and a few vegetables here and there.maybe i need to start using the ellip more than 50 minutes a day
 
Well im 6'2" and im 227lbs. So im guessing you cant really look that overweight because i dont apart from a couple of minute tyres on my stomach :D

Weight loss will always slow down as you lose weight. You need to do something else to what your doing. Maybe running, or a sport. If you want to gain some muscle then sort yourself out a lifting routine. Youll probably know, its going to make it hard for yourself if your diet is not decent.

well tonite i started going for 30min each time instead of 30 and 20,the level i am on at one time was almost unbearable to stay on it for 30 min but my legs have gotten used to it but the only thing about going up another level is i am worried it will make me weigh more buy adding muscle,i think i should keep it on level 8 and just use it more ,i think i will start getting on it 3 times a day for 30 min each time ,that way i will bump up my cal burn to a minimum of 1800 a day
 
Oi iv just had the swab n piss test on Monday! they said everything looks ok under the microscope on the swab, just waiting for piss results but i know ill be clear! :)

OK. It's settled. I'm purchasing the steel-belted galactic prophylactics for you ...

Not just any ordinary microscope, one of those proper powerful ones and only then could they just manage to see it.

Oh. I guess I'll need the mini Cooper prophylactics ... I'm assuming your oral skills are unparallelled in the bedroom.

oi i've had a swab done...hurt like a mother and all cause my ex got chlamydia over the summer after we broke up and blamed me. i endured pain for a negative test result and the revelation that she was a whore...
