Thanks Jess!! I loooove music! Don't know what I would do without it! Helps w/ workouts so much too b/c acts as distraction! =) Don't you hate it when your ipod stops while you're working out b/c it's dead?! Ugh!
Hey everybody! Had a good day. This week our classes are shorter...yay! We took a test today, but it wasn't bad at all. Then had lunch, did little retail therapy (haven't been shopping in forever), and went to the gym. Tried to delay my going to the gym a little b/c usually when I finish my workout I eat dinner, and I didn't want to eat too early. My body was pretty tired today when I was starting the workout, and I really wanted to give up. Thankfully I had my good ole ipod friend and a soccer match was on tv! Cristiano Ronaldo was playing (don't know if y'all know him). He's so cute (am sure he has a big ego though)...Anyway it was fun watching the game and the minutes just passed by. Afterwards enjoyed dinner and now bout to do some school stuff.
Eats:
cereal and milk
yogurt
usual lunch
snacks: 2 string cheese, 3 apples, 2 gum (oops)...promise I will go to the grocery store tomorrow
dinner: bread, pb, feta, plain sweet potato (God bless all these foods...love them!)
salad
water and bout to have a cup of tea
Exercise: hr cardio, weights, made sure to stretch longer today (did stretches twice)...
Well, feeling content. I weighed myself today (timidly...), but I am happy b/c I am only 7 lbs from my goal. Hurrah! Just have to be patient and work hard! Hope everybody is kicking butt! lol
