Thank you very much! I don't mind myself when I'm fully clothed but thinking about wearing a bathing suit for the cruise is what all this hard work is for! Plus it will be so great to fit into my clothes comfortably again!
Ok so for once I tracked all weekend - good or bad - there was some of both!
Day 18 – Friday Nov.12:
B – ff activia yogurt (80), 1/3 cup all bran buds (80), 2/3 cup blueberries (55) Total 215
Snacks – 4 cups mint green tea (I was freezing & really thirsty today!)
L – lettuce (30), chick peas (85), shredded carrots (35), tomato (10), ff dressing (50), 1 can tuna (120) Total 300
Exercise – 70 min treadmill – 6.4 miles 770 cals, 6 weight machines 3 x 12 reps, stretch
D – chicken marinated in teriyaki sauce (150), lettuce (30), ¼ orange pepper (20), carrots (35), green onion (10), toasted sesame dressing (135), sweet potato spears & ketchup (180) Total 560
So I decided since I had a really good workout I would enjoy myself and have a few drinks with hubby and friends. Ended up having a really good time but made good choices mostly!!
Before bar – ½ bottle white wine (300)
At bar – 2, 4oz glasses white wine (220)
3-4 vodka with a splash of cranberry juice & water (600)
When I got home – 3 crackers (90), 1 ff cheese slice (30)
Ok so some good choices I made were 1)Not drinking white Russians which I really wanted! 2) Not eating anything at the bar 3) Only had the crackers and cheese when I got home and hubby made Kraft dinner and I didn’t even have a bite!!!
So overall I think the day was successful because I had such a good workout before I went!
Day 19 – Saturday Nov. 13th – not as good.
11am – ff activia yogurt (80)
1pm – 3 crackers (90), 1 ff cheese slice (30)
Hubby and I spent almost the whole day in bed – honestly we didn’t get up until 3pm but I was hungry before that so I snuck some snacks to bed.
Then we were going to go out for dinner but we were both pretty lazy and I didn’t feel like going to the gym to shower and I needed a day off so we ordered Chinese food.
Not sure what the calories are but I know they are horrible and full of salt!!!
5:30 pm – 9 wontons, 7 bon bons, 1 egg roll, chicken fried rice (too many cals!!)
Hubby went to the store to pick up snacks even though I begged him not to.
Snacks – 2 handfuls chips and dip, 1 beer and clamato
So Saturday was a failure. If I would have gone to the gym it might not have been so bad but overall it was not successful. I’d like to blame hubby but I made the choice to put it in my mouth.
Day 20 – Sunday Nov. 14th – decent
Exercise – 45 min treadmill – 4.3 miles 500 cals, 5 machines 3 x 12 reps, stretch
B – 2 pieces WW whole wheat bread (100), 1 whole egg (70), 2 egg whites (35), ketchup (20), 1 bite hubby’s hot dog (20) Total 245
L – 3 left over bon bons (500), chip crumbs & dip (150) Total 650
D – 1 cup steamed broccoli (50) w 1 ½ cups home made spaghetti sauce – ground chicken, peppers, onions, crushed tomato, spices (250) Total 300
Snacks – 2 sugar free jello pudding cups 120, 2 bites hubby’s spaghetti w noodles 60 Total 180
So I think by not having my spaghetti with noodles I saved myself some calories but my lunch was crap. I should have thrown out all the leftovers first thing Sunday morning!
So overall I think the weekend was ok but it could have been better and it could have been a lot worse so I’m happy.
I’m ready to start the week off right and have a good weigh-in Wednesday. My best friend is having her baby this morning and I can’t wait to find out if it’s a girl or boy!! Just got a call and it was a boy!! That’s two boys for her now! Wow I feel old today.
