I'm so excited to join tomorrow and start really tracking my progress - I know I will get the scale moving down this way! Looking forward to a big loss after TOM!
Ok so day 14 was good but it wasn’t great. Here’s how it looked:
The day started on a bad note because I didn’t have any groceries and really wanted a vanilla cappuccino on my way to work.
B – lg van cap (300), everything bagel with plain cream cheese (420)
Snack – 3 cups mint green tea w lemon
L – 1 can Campbell’s chicken & wild rice soup (240)
Exercise – 1 hr walk (med pace) with friend
Went and got groceries!!
D – veggie salad – spring mix, green onion, tomato, black olives w balsamic vinegar & a lil olive oil (220), 1 can tuna drained in water (120)
Snack – sugar free pudding cup (60) x 2 (60)
I was planning on doing some more intense exercise but after I got groceries and made dinner it was already 9pm and I can never sleep if I work out past that time.
The day didn’t start great but I think I saved it in the end. I’m retaining a lot of water due to the last couple days eats and TOM arriving shortly (any day I’m hoping) so I know tomorrow’s weigh-in will just mean next week’s loss should be high.
Just when I thought my water was starting to clear up I did the dishes last night and right away it was all rusty again. I didn’t go to the gym this morning and shower as planned so that was a little disappointing but I did bring my gym bag and towel to hopefully sneak away at lunch and go. I want to go to kettle bell tonight and I should have no reason not to. I’ll update if I made it there at lunch. Lots of water today folks!
