just started a new diet/exercise plan. . .

february 3rd -

20 min bike
30 min treadmill
lifted chest and back

nutrition was all right (superbowl fucked with me)

weigh in tomorrow, also look to get body fat tested
 
feb 4th -

6AM workout

20 min bike
lifted biceps, triceps
lifted legs

night workout

10 min bike
30 min treadmill


nutrition

bowl of special K for breakfast
pineapple for snack until lunch

lunch - chicken sandwich
salad

dinner - pasta with meat sauce


was 232 pounds today. . .
goal is to drop to 220 and see how I look/feel at that point

had a late start today . . .

ate an apple on the way to class, and then some more pasta with meat sauce before work

yogurt, bagel for lunch

dinner -

grilled chicken with salad
one potato - garlic and I can't believe it's not butter

workout -

25 min treadmill
10 min bike

lifted shoulders, traps, little bit of back

was 229.8 today after my workout (I know it's all sweat)

this is the first time I've been under 230 in years -



still. . . long and hard is the road that from darkness leads to light. . .

woke up late today and missed breakfast

ate some pasta with meat sauce before work. . .missed my AM workout. . .bad day


was not able to get to the gym at night either. . .

ate a baked potato with chicken for dinner, with a salad and a little bread

not a bad day nutrition wise . . .pissed that I didn't get to work out

second day that I slacked off working out. . . tomorrow will be different

on a better note. . .was 227.5 today on the scale!!
that's about ten pounds lost for a month's work of eating clean and working out. . .

def can do better. . . have to stop smoking and waking up late in the morning/missing workouts
