hope I can do it this time

I did the tubojam again today its only the second time doing it and it was easier then the first time woohoo. i think i am going to really enjoy using the dvds. and i will be doing my walks agian starting this week would like it to warm up and stay warm waking up to snow for almost a week was getting annyoing. lol.

havent really been on in awhile and this month has sucked as we have a lot of birthdays so eating right has really gone out the window lol but will get back on track now that birthdays are all done.. still going for walks every morning i have cut my return time down but almost ten min woohoo i can really get it any shorter then that unless i run and i still can not do that for very long. the turbo jam is going to i am having fun with it and its good the throw it in wth the rest of the mix i have going on.
 
i worked out last night wow am i feeling it today. tried another new dvd it kicked me ass and its only a ten min work out lol. getting lots of walking in today as its school registation tonight woohoo 4 walks in total should be good and worn out
 
the weather does not like anyone these days it seems. its raining for trying to snow its crazy but i got 2 good walks in yesterday thankfuly the rain held off till after supper. im going to get a walk in today ( i hope) it will be slow going as i will have my boys with me and a crapy stroller.. i need to replace a tube in my jogging stroller. so i am hoping the rain will stay away til i get home. i am going to do some more turbo jam tonight going to try for a full hour. will see how it goes though.
 
wow ok i have not been on im what seems like forever. life's been a bit crazy wit the birthdays, school ending soon and all the rain we have been getting. i have been trying to get workouts in was doing pretty good again for awhile but no whave a nasty cold that just doesnt want to go away! its driving me nuts even medications not helping. so for the moment my workout is just walking and coughing lots. can do much because as soon as i try something strenuous i can't breath this really sucks rocks right now. hopefully this cold will be gone soon and i can get back at it. and the rain can stop cause this is getting very depressing.
 
well good news my cold is starting to go away.. and its about time. i did an 20 min power walk this morning was feeling good the whole time woohoo.. i want to do this every morning not sure how well that will work once school is out but i sure am going to try...the days of getting up with the sun will be starting soon as school is out next week and i really want to get regular workouts in again.. and i am going to cross my fingers that i do not get another nasty cold i am so sick and tired of being sick.
 
SWEET!! I got workouts done two days in a row woohoo. i was feeling sore form the one i did yesturday and thought another one might be good just to give a good stretch i may regret this tomorrow but thats ok.. i even managed a two hour walk to day.. with all three kids. have to love not having a car and being to cheap for the bus lol but it was good they did great..wore them all out so they should sleep good tonight and i might be able to sleep tonight.. the sun was out made it nice and warm and just made me want to go out sure beats all the rain we have been having that just makes me want to sleep all day... and other good news my cold is way better not bothering me at all with the workouts i hack a bit afterwords but that is ok better then during.. woohoo its been a good day.
 
Wow almost a year since I was last on here..I have been doing pretty good I am down to 165lbs. Lots of walking still and still using turbo jam I am starting to get back into working out again. It's been a hell of a year so far so I thought with all the changes going on in my life I had better get my ass back on the wagon...I am going to get there this time, no more screwing around for me!
 
I am so sick of rain everyday all day.. It is a real downer hard to stay motivated with nothing but cloud hanging over my head..lol but despite the non stop rain I am walking everyday, three times a day it all adds up to 15k which is sweet. I have been following that up with kick boxing on the wii..or another fitness dvd I rotate them so I stay interested...lol. My eating habits are slowly starting to get on track again, less junk and more veggies and salads. I am feeling good going to be weighing in again next week.
 
WOOHOO two days of no rain..just hot and humid ol but that is ok it was such a nice change. walked 30k in the last two days have not added anything eles as I am having trouble getting my youngest to go to bed, but i will keep trying and hell house cleaning and laundry so count lol.
 
What a day was longer than i wanted but that is ok got in the 15k plus an hour of kick boxing. i'm feeling it but good lol. ate pretty good today even remebered to eat breakfast for once...tomorrow should be a full day outside as long as it doesnt rain.
