dang. i guess i just really love you guys.
I'm not eating healthy at alll!! But I do need to lay of the soda a bit. I had llike six cans of it last night. Not that its sooooooo bad on vacay, but I know I'm not just going to be able to drop it when i get back. I can try...but its just not happenning. bleh.
 
ah you will...cause we'll hunt you down if you don't! lol j/k. Don't worry so much about it on your 'cation. Hope you're having a good time!

i have just had a 3 day major slip up and i have been eating alll kinds of rubbish... burgers, ice cream, untold amounts of alcohol etc etc. so its back to healthy 2day.

first days of getting back on a diet are hard...

I had a chef salad with ranch for lunch.

and my dad brought home mexican food for dinner..

I would've passed..but it's from my favorite resturaunt..so yeah i was bad..spank me for it. I don't care. haha. ok yes i do.
 
C'mon miss!!!!! We know you don't wanna throw in the towel :) It is not ez to return from the 'dark side' ;)
But as you can see we all have been there. Start sloooowly. You will be back on track in no time. You said you can stick to a meal plan, then you can do it again! ^^b :cheer:
 
Take it from somebody who's coming back from the darkside..it's harder than it looks...:D

Actually it's not that bad, but gotta get back into the routine again. I'm slowly getting there.

One other thing to add... Don't beat yourself up over what you eat. Concentrate on your exercise programme first. Once you get into a regular routine you are more than likely to change your eating habits for the better.

Start with one exercise session a week and then build it up. It took me about 6 weeks to get exercising 2 times a week, but now I'm up to 4 per week. I tried to go cold turkey by eating well and exercising at the same time, but it was too hard so I first worked on the exercise part and I'm definately eating better now.

Alright woman, you can't quit!!!! I just started back and know how hard it is. My whole body is sore, I'm hungry and it sure seems like it would be nice to give up but that ain't gonna happen. Hell, I've still got 30-40 lbs to still lose but I'm sticking with it so you have to also. I've started and quit numerous times but this time I'm focused. Get into the zone with me and we'll whip this thing together. Look under the mens journal and see how far I have to go. You ought to die from laughter at the 1st pics anyway, lol.
