it's not how many times you fall off the wagon...

its how many times you get back on that counts!!

So, today was kinda bad. I made the mistake of telling myself I'd get up early enough to pack my lunch this morning. That didn't happen, so I had to eat what was available. This consisted of pasta, candy, cheese its, and soda. ooooopsies.
My fasha went grocery shopping today. So I have some soup, whole grain bread, sandwich meat, and salad!!
So I should be doing pretty well now. minus sunday and monday. :]
And I'm really gonna start working out a lot more.
I'm excited

I do the same thing sometimes. It usually ends up with me not only not getting up early, but later than normal for some reason.

i fall off the wagon all the time haha the important part is if u get back on or not...and i know u do :) andalso i love ure hair color...i recently went dark too and i love it..its good for the winter :)
 
Hey Christi! You're doing great! As long as you have the motivation to get back UP when you "fall" you're in the right direction! Good job, keep on keeping on!!!
 
Don't be, hon. :) It is her 'job' to look gorgeous and her occupation to maintain it. I f we all have the time in the world everyday to do so, heck, we all be like models! ~ healthy models not the stickies ones ;)
 
... ... It's funny, I remember looking in the fridge and going, omg, theres no food. But then i looked, and i have healthy foods.... ...
Hahahaha, I know what you mean ;)
It used to be a problem with me, if there is only healthy food in the fridge, it kinda means 'no food' since I also have to make 'something' that hubby can eat :D But these days, if he doesn't like what I cook, the he is more than welcome to get his own! :D Yeah~!

i've looked up to jessica alba for years now, and the thing is, she doesn't have the best genetics. her family is..well, fat. but she eats right, and she exercises.
gah.

I did a workout that stingo shared with me last night:

-chest press 1/12
-bent row 1/12
-squat w overhead press 1/12
-hammer curls 2/12
-skull crushers 1/12
-squats w/cross chop 2/12
-pushups [i can only do 3..we'll be working on that]
-reverse fly 1/12
-frontal raises w/ step 2/12
-bicep curls 1/12
-dips 1/12 [NEEDS IMPROVEMENT]
-oblique twists on ball 20
-bridge on ball held for a minute
-crunches w/ weight on ball 1/12
-hip raise on ball 1/12
-jumping squats 1/12

I'll start logging food AFTER christmas:eek:

Just remember for the ball exercises to change form before changing weight - that is, bring your feet closer together when doing those exercises. What weights are you working with now?
 
I can't do lateral raises or flys with tens.
I have to use fives.
but next week, on the things i do fives with, i'm gonna use tens, and just do as many as I can.

workout:
jog.
it only lasted about fifteen minutes, but it was a great challenge for my body.
And now it's letting me know that its tired.
