Here's my story

12 km today. Swapped the beer for some coca cola light, it says it's no calorie or very few on the bottle and from what I read on the internet, it might be true.
 
I guess drinking a coca cola light from time to time won't affect my health tho, as long as the calorie count is true, it's a very cool soda to drink when it's very hot outside, it was so hot outside than near my house when coming back today I had a nosebleed...^^
 
You are doing an amazing job Benny! You are one of the people that keep me inspired because your start weight was similar to my weight now, and we both have the same goal weight of reaching 80kg, and seeing you get to 85kg shows me that I can do it to.

Coke light or coke zero (I'm a zero fan) are better for you calorie wise for sure but it is true the artificial sweeteners are not so good for you.
I've been drinking a few coke zeros lately though to try and stop me from going to the biscuit cupboard.
If you only drink one every so often I think it's ok.

I have walked my dog only once yersteday and I had crêpes for dinner so I thought I wouldn't lose anything or even gain, but it's ok, 200 gr less.

Yay on the loss and a loss after crepes.... NICE!

My fav crepe is ham, cheese and onion and dessert caramel beurre sallè. Yummy!

But it doesn't mean a lot, didn't go to the toilet for the past 3 days and I'm almost sure I'm in water retention right now.
