Here's my story

Thanks Nostalgic !

I have walked something like only 4 hours & 30 minutes today, but the last 2 hours were on a dep road, so it was some fast walking and a lot of KM, so I probably walked a lot today

Hi Benny, love your "only 4 hours & 30 minutes" walk! ONLY?!!!!!! OK- you & I have the same goal weight- 80kg. There is no race, but I am going to try to ride to my goal on your enthusiasm! You are being very consistent with your exercise & I think that's the key. Cheers, Cate

Hi Cate !

Let's not race, let's rather fight it through the 80's together !

I've started to jog a little 2 days ago, since then my weight has been dropping very nicely.

I'm gonna resume my new work out that I have adopted for some days now ( and the result are pretty clear, I have been losing so good recently )

So the morning :

1 h 30 of normal walking, not even fast, it's just a warm up for the day!

Afternoon :

1 KM 500 of walking, then 1 KM of jogging with 1 break in between of 10 seconds, then 500 meters to the water place ( there's a large circle around the water, something like 600 meters ) and I do a jogging for the first half ( around 300 meters straight ) then 10 seconds break + the last half ( 300 meters ), I do that 3 times, then I go back the 500 meters that I did to come to the water place, and I do again that 1 KM jogging with 1 break in between, and then 1 KM 500 of walking back to my home.

83.8 kg ( 184.7 lbs ) still, but I have made the mistake of drinking immediately when I woke up, so it might not be accurate.

I had 5 crêpes for dinner yersteday, so a lot of energy with all the marmelade & sugar, but it looks like my new routine still did it for me!
