Here's my story

What a cutie! Looks like a big ball of furry fun :) Well a little ball...but yeah. Good job on the walk :) Hopefully having Saka around will help you get back into a routine.

Saka is very cute Benny. You must have a lovely Mum! Hope you have a very happy Christmas xo Cate

Wow. That's cool that your dog can be your best bud that helps you with your weight loss. I have a different kind of point of view when it comes to losing weight and I think there are people who thinks the same way I do. :)

For me, you will lose weight when your output is more than your input. I mean that you burn more than you take. :D

Keep it up man! :)

Had a 5 hours walk with my new dog today ( 16 km or so )

I 'll weight myself tomorrow morning, I really need to pay attention to my weight, I'm losing too much and I'm now at a weight which I should try to keep, no more lose, no more gain. Now even my mother think I'm too thin lol.

Hi Benny, it sounds like it's time to start researching what your body needs to maintain your current weight & your level of fitness. Well done! There are so many different ways of keeping track, but I use My Fitness Pal & find it very easy to use. You can set your own goals, but in your case you would most likely choose maintenance & will be able to see how many calories you need. It also shows you the nutritional break-up of what you are eating & recommended levels of each. What do you weigh these days. When you started in the forum you weighed 107kg, with a BMI of 34.5. Your Saka looks like my little dog, Sophie- such a cutie! Cheers, Cate

Well, I'm done with my diet, well I know that a diet is a life-time thing, but I'm certainly done with trying to lose weight, I would like to thanks : Cate, Mr.Vee, Nostalgic, Guideon, Don keykong, Omega, Trusylver, Clarissa, slickzchik,
Fox, scbibhouse, a-n-g-e-l, Camila, CloudyMuffin, MLB and everyone else who I've forgotten, blame human capacity!
You're are all wonderful people, and I'm happy that I have found this forum when I needed it the most!

I really hope you're all going to meet your goals!

Thanks Cate, it's a griffin crossed poodle, yea!

Congrats on reaching your goal Benny!

How is your muscle tone? Personally I'm betting once I hit my goal weight/size I will still need to build muscle tone to be happy with my body. Perhaps that is what you should focus on? And of course keeping/improving your fitness level. With maintenance you can likely start eating more than you have been and Cate had a great suggestion of trying My Fitness Pal or a similar site to track food intake and see where you are calorie wise to maintain your current weight.

71.7kg? WOWSERS Benny! That is awesome. Well done! Please take care & also keep in touch. Everyone benefits from success stories & you are one of those. Cheers, Cate
