Here's my story

What's interesting?
Don't worry about hzoubir - I suspect that he is a spammer trying to get his post count up and has just picked on this thread to leave an inane comment.
Focus on the people who are here and concerned for you and your loss.

You will miss your dog as she was your walking companion. Don't let her loss stop you from walking...

90 in a 30? That is horrible! And even worse about your dog, I am so sorry to hear that :(
Take the time to mourn but don't let it stop you from doing what you have been doing. You have been doing great, keep walking and keep her in your heart where she will never be far away. *hugs*

Despite the fact that I've walked only once the past week after my dog died, I apparently still lost some weight, 77.9 kg (171.7 lbs)

I'm very sorry about the death of your dog Benny. Keep up the good work with losing. Any tips for me? :( xo Cate

I'm so very sorry about your dog. I hope that the person who did that gets caught and punished! I love my dogs so much. One died of cancer this year and I was crushed. For me it is no different than losing a person that I care about, but many people don't understand that.

Hi folks, I'm sorry for not posting a lot recently, but I'm not in the mood at all I guess, I kinda stopped to walk everyday, in fact I really stopped to exercise at all. I wish I had a new dog now.

I still think a lot about you all, Cate, nostalgic, Mr Vee and so on, keep up the good work !

My weight today : 73.2 kg ( 161.3 lbs )

No need to explain Benny, nor apologise. You are grieving over the loss of your dog & that shows that you are a very caring person. Consider rescuing a dog from a pound. It would be good for both you & the dog. Sure, we get attached to our animals & it's tough when they die, but that is part of being human & having feelings. I think it's sweet that you think of us Benny, xo Cate.

I've also been hiding away due to stressful times.
:hugs:
Have you thought about getting a new dog or is it too soon?

Completely understandable considering you have just lost your dog. I can't imagine what I would in that situation but I sure wouldn't be in the mood to do much either.

I agree with Cate. If you do in fact want another dog, try checking out the rescue places in your area.

Thank you for thinking of us, our thoughts are with you as well. Give yourself time to grieve and mourn your loss, it will get better in time. :grouphug:

I always walked him once today! ( I got it like 2 hours ago, so I for a long time decided to take my usual 1 hour 30 trip and he enjoyed it quite a bit, he's very calm, soft, and so loveable.

Probably my best X mas present I ever had!
