Here we go again!!!

Well, you nut, you can't tell your overweight cuz your NOT overweight :). You may be a bit larger than you personally want to be, but no way are you overweight. At least not in that revealing outfit. Your body looks gorgeous! You lucky thing, I could not wear jeans like that right now!

I am so jealous that you lost 4 lbs! How the F did you do it?! Just from cutting out the sweets??! I dont really eat many sweets so that wont work for me. How long from your last weigh-in for the 4 lbs? Excellent job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well 4 pounds ago I was considered overweight but at 165 I am on the high end of the charts.
As for my revealing outfit:cool: my tee-shirt covers my belly when I am not takin pics so its not really revealing.
I definitely know its from cutting those sweets that I tend to overdose on;For you it may be something else that you put in place of sweets like bread-pasta-rice-juice-sportbars-only you would really know.My last weigh- was almost a week ago so this all happened fast.I even had some peanut butter and banana sandwiches:) I am trying to talk to myself more when I think I need to eat something out of boredom.I just say to myself dont do this to yourself you have been working so hard!!!Then I convince myself I really do not need whatever it is that testing me.
Oh and I also stopped eating several meals throught the day it just made me eat waaaaaaaaay more than I normally do. I settled with just 2-3 meals a day-I tried the breakfast thing but I just am not a breakfast person!
These few pounds are exactly the motivation I needed!
 
Wow Rimay, you look fabulous!!!! OMG. You look smoking hot !!! You do not look overweight at all, you totally look like a perfect body weight!! What an inspiration this is to me!!! Thanks for posting them!!! And I don't believe anything those charts say... my DH is as skinny as they come and I calculated his BMI and it said he was overweight!! :eek: NO WAY!! Sometimes I think whoever came up with these calculations they took a Twiggy looking person as a norm, well, then everybody is overweight. LOL

I am going to be popping in and out because I dont have much time this week. We are painting and trying to make our apartment look like I want it to look-So between painting moving furniture-building up Ikea furniture(thats a story in itself) the kids and shopping for things I am stretched.
I did mess up my 30 days with no sweets today though. I was in the city with my 2yr old he wanted a ice cream and out of habit I bought him a flavour that I liked just in case he didnt want it.What happened? After 2 licks he didnt want it anymore and I really did not have the heart to throw it away so I ate it:eek: It was only a small scoop on a cone but whatever that shit was good-LOL
I am doing well with eating but today was a very high calorie day.I bought some new sneakers and all of a sudden my knee is hurting-Its pretty wierd:confused: I needed a larger pair because anything over 7 miles my toes were becomeing blistered because my shoes were bought just the right size which translates into too small when your actually running with your sneakers.I ran a few miles yesterday nothing long.I just wanted to break in my new sneakers and work on a little speed. I have the womens run on Saturday-Its a 5k I hope I do well.:)

I heard the really good running stores would check how you run and recommend shoes based on your gait. I am a neutural runner based on that. Is is a running shoe?

Hey Hajni! The run went great! I did realize I got slower since my last race though. A couple factors helped to slow me down-1 I only ran 3 times this month because of personal problems the baby teething(he finally cut 1 tooth:jump: ) and i have never ran in the heat-ever!!!!It was like 90 degrees at 5pm it was all open I thought I was gonna die!!!I was tired after the first Kilometer-LOL
To boot I had all black on-LOL not a smart move!
The race itself was awesome really well organized.There were over 2900 women there to take part. I came in 19th in my age class something I was happy about:) and 97th overall-alot of people did not use the chip to track the time so there were way more people running.My time was 28:56.I really need to stop doubting myself when running, when someone is running next to me and they have a nice body and seem to look like they know what they are doing I let them pass me up and such.I did realize not to do that after the first 3 kilometers though because I even passed a german singer-I just couldnt let her pass me-LOL
We got free alchol free beer after the run as well as water juice and other drinks.There was also tons of fresh fruits there for us. we got a cute pink shirt and a pink bag with tons of goodies.
It was Fun!
 
Oh I also have a video from the run you can see how kaputt I was-LOL I the only black person with all black on with who looks likes she is going to pass out-LOL
 
That sounds like a fun day, and I can't believe you came in at 97th overall! That is amazing considering thousands ran. Wow, you are a real athlete I am now seeing.

I've been tripping out, but I'm much better now, and I'm glad I caught up in here--YI-AH!! You look MARVELOUS. HA! You're in the "healthy range" BMI!! You have a great body, Rimay, wow!! As for the stretch marks, try rubbing cocoa butter on your bod before bed--it makes you smell like chocolate and it will make you feel pampered and precious, esp. if the DH ain't doin that for ya! (BTW get the pure shit--sometimes you have to melt it, otherwise the other stuff has additives--or Shea butter is also good and that comes from AFRICA! But it doesn't smell like CHOCOLATE!)

I like that you put in a video of your race--great job! That 5k must have been exciting--I personally HATE racing because it takes a lot out of me and it is excruciating the whole time, too--but I like the prestige after. Look at you in the top 100 out of 3000!! I haven't been running lately, much, because my mind races with thoughts of the ex and I almost cry--BUT this week is much better and I think I'll try to run early in the morning and see how I feel. Anyway, great job on the no sweets thing, I'm a sugar addict myself and am drinking a diet Hansen's root beer right now :rolleyes: Well i had a shitload of water today.

Keep it up, but be very careful, the closer you get to your goal the harder it is to get there and relapse happens! Me, Claud, Dee, Rachie, we all been there lately and we're all trying to go back. We'll do it, of course :)

I will hopefully have more time to write in my journal in a few days. I have slacked on my excerising but I have not been snacking so its not really bad. I was out walking with the kids for a couple hours today-As soon as we got into the apartment it started pouring, I was so happy I was lucky this time around.
Since my last weigh-in I am down to 74 kilos or 163 pounds which is great!It is so crazy I was once this weight and my body was totally diffent!!!I know it has alot to do with having 2 kids but gosh I guess I have some more to lose for sure! On a better note my size 10s are fitting better and better each day.
I am doing a 10k the end of this month and this should be interesting-LOL I ran more than 10ks on several occasions even a few days ago but its never been race pace.I just need to motivate myself so I sign up pay my money and it gets the ball rolling.

I have to agree on the body changes after having kids. Sheesh, when I was last this weight, I fit into my size 8 clothes, now I am in size 10 but still look like a stuffed turkey. Anyway, have a great day and great to know you are still here.!!

I posted a long post and it got errored out-I hate when that happens :mad:
So I am doing good still motivated. I ran 5,25 kilometers this morning in 30 minutes as my tempo run. I almost stayed in bed so glad I kicked myself!!!

Its really an improvement since my last pics-I am so glad i have them to look back on!
 
I am so happy to have more than 4 hours sleep, it feels so good:rotflmao:
I am thinking maybe it is time to wean my son since he only was breastfed the last week at nighttime and he started to wake up almost every half hour only to nuggle on my breast and go back to sleep which is oh so tiring and annoying.
Last night i decided to let him cry a little when he woke up at 12 am and after a few minutes he fell back asleep without anything to drink-he didnt wake up until after 630 am I was so estatic-so now i know what I have to do for the next 2 weeks-i am doing a little bedtime routine as well sohopefully it will workout for the better-on the other hand I end up with the 2 year old in our room because the babies crying wakes him up and thats definitely not a good thing!!!!

I almost went back to my old eating habit and then I caught myself.Last night I made baked ziti and I was preparing the left overs for my son for lunch so I thought i would make me a tiny bowl but the thing was I was not hungry. I ate about 6 ziti and that was enought to give me satisfacation.I then decided to eat some watermelon which was what i wanted to have to start off with.
I am attempting a no bread day-so hard being a person who lives in germany but I think I will make it!
So back to cleaning up!!!

Unfortunately I was not able to breastfeed my baby...:cry: that still bothers me and if I ever have another one I will try and try again..
She slept in her own room from about 3 months on and slept through the night. I don't know what I have done if she was waking up all the time. I am such a grouch if I can't sleep my 7-8 hrs without interruption. And such a light sleeper, if something wakes me up, I have a hard time falling back asleep. Hubby helped out a lot, we alternated nights with the baby since we were both working full time, so at least every other night I could sleep through.
it only took us like 2 nights of her crying for a bottle and then she would not wake up. She is still a great sleeper, sleeps from 8-8.30 till 6 am. Be strong and don't give in...
Oh, how I miss my Hungarian bread. Nice and crispy and fresh... I ate a ton of it when I was home visiting. i don't know I could say no...
Your running is awesome, I don't know how you do 5.25 km. that is over 8 miles!! you know how many calories that burn? A ton!! If I run 3 miles on the treadmill I am about to die!! LOL
And your pictures look amazing!!!! I see the difference, you look hot and don't even look you need to lose an oz more!!
You should be so proud of yourself!! Came a long way.

Not the best food choices thus far but whatever-
I am planning on going to the gym today to do bauch,bein und po( stomach,legs and but course).I need to squeeze in a run as well because I really need to get some mileage in before my 10K.On a good note I was able to fit a pair of my size 8 armani exchange Jeans!!!I was not even able to fit them after the birth of my first child!!!
breafast-blueberry muffin with water
snack-tea and 1 biscuit
Lunch-Cup of vegetable noodle soup
Dinner-I am thinking of raw fruits and veggies
I went walking witht he kids for about 2,5 hours
I am getting read to fold laundry and straighten up so that should burn some calories.

I am such a loser-I bought 2 packs of cookies and ate them both:boxing: I guess I am still not strong enough to have things like that in the house-So dh came in a little later than expected so I decided not to take the easy way out and go to the gym.I went running a long hard run 10 miles of pure hell in the rain up hill and hill and more hills-I am kaputt!!! I really wish where we lived was not so hilly because it really makes me feel slow, but I guess its good for training.I burned 848 calories almost enough to cover those cookies;)
Gotta go take a bath and lay down!!:sleeping:

first off... your recent pix... you look great, doll! And yah... those undies are just too damn cute! haha! Also... look at you busting ass uphill with your runs. So you ate cookies? No big deal.... you got your bum into those AE jeans, right? :D You're doing great and keep up the good work with the running, girl! You look awesome.
