I could have made better choices today with eating but I didnt go overboard i just had a bit too much cheese-LOL
Just got in from the gym. Ran 5 miles on the treadmill and I feel a little sore. I really tried to push myself and it worked. I just know I have so much more in me and I can run faster but I am so afraid of injury and getting burned out and looking like a failure-go figure.
I did not add up my calories nor will I try but its not so hi. I also went on a walk with the kids this afteroon and walked about 30 minutes to register for some german classes. Great excercise day!

I am so happy to finally see it move in the correct direction. I am a little more motivated.I swear it has to be the running as soon as I do it I lose.If I continue to lose I will meet my mini goal of 70 kilos by my birthday march12. I just have to stay focused!
