Food logs make a world of difference!!! Glad to see you are keeping track. Do you notice that you usually eat a lot better when you write everything down? I know I do!
I am ready for some toning too! Abs would be nice... and some arm muscles! What areas do you want to focus on?

I do eat better when I'm writing it all down. There have even been times when I won't eat something just b/c I DON'T want to have to write it down
Abs and thighs are the big ones for me... and arms too of course... pretty much everything
I had a hell of a time at the gym yesterday... I could not run if my life depended on it!! First off, the place was packed. I didn't think I was even going to get on a treadmill, but there was one at the very end... without a tv. I'm not sure if that was it (I wasn't as distracted?) or the fact I hadn't ran in 5 days but I couldn't breathe. I jumped on with the attitude that I was going to run a mile... incline 1.0, speed 6.0mph. At 5min,30sec I had to walk it was ridiculous

I walked the rest of the first 10min on incline 5.0, 4.0mph... then tried running again, this time no incline, 6.8mph. I got like a minute and a half and was ready to pass out. My HR was at 189 so I knew I wasn't just being lazy

Anyway, I still tried to push myself and hit the 2mile mark around 24min which is still an ok time for me. I think my best time has been 3K in 22min, which is just under 2miles.
Weights were good. I did upper and lower body at my max weight... lots of abs. I am really sore all over so I think that might have something to do with it too. Too much lactic acid built up right now... I don't know...
Food was pretty good... untill later
7am - 2cups coffee w/ half and half - 44cals
7:45 - 1 cup optimun cereal, 1/2cup skim milk - 235cals
11am - yoptimal yogart, mini ww rice cake, ff cream cheese - 115cals
11:30 - turkey pepperoni, ckn and bean quesadillia - 310cals
12:30pm - 1 cup green tea, mini rice cake, cream cheese - 25cals
3pm - 1 cup coffee, half and half, 3 pieces dark chocolate - 112cals
5 - 1 cup snap peas - 20cals
6 - 1/3 pork chop, 1/2 cup baked diced potatoes, 1/2 cup corn - 431 cals
7 - 1cup coffee with cream, 1/2 blueberry fritter 1/3 honey cruller - 310cals
Total: 1602cals
Water: 48oz
Exercise: 1/2 hour cardio, 1/2 hour weights
Not sure what today has in store for me yet, but it's Wednesday (hump day) so it should be good
