Today I wanted to do strictly intervals:
12mins - 1mile - incline 3.0 - 1min run @6.0mph, 1min walk @ 4.0mph
3mins - incline 10.0 - walk at 3.7mph w/ 2 30sec sprints at 6.0mph
5mins - incline 15.0 - walk at 3.7mph
8min - incline 3.0 - 1min run @6.0mph, 2min walk @ 4.0mph
2min - incline 3.0 - cool down walk at 3.0mph
Total: 30min - 2.20 miles - LOTS of sweat!!!
30 ball pushups, all upper body machines, bicep curls and tricep ext with 10lbs free weights, abs and then my hour was up (Sam was in the playcare).
Food:
B - 1cup optimum cearal with skim mile, cup coffee w/ half and half
S - banana, ff cottage cheese, honey and hemp seeds (put alittle more honey today and it was REALLY good!!!), green tea
L - bowl garden veggie soup and ww crackers
I'm thinking liver and perogies for supper, YYYYUUUUUUMMMMMMMM!!!

NOTEmma got her first report card and it was awesome. Told her we would take her out for supper... the only place she wanted to go... McDonald's

I ran 4K in 29:30 and was really proud of myself. I took 2 30sec walks just to grab some water and the rest was running at 8.0kph or higher. I still did a few little sprints at 9.0kph and all on 0.0 incline. There were a couple of times I was really scared my liver was going to exit my body, but it's all good. I then did a pretty intense upper body workout with mostly free weights and LOTS of ball pushups. Finished with abs and a REALLY good stretch (I was feeling my legs for sure) and my mood was completely changed
