I wanted to update before I went to bed tonight.. I'm so tired, I have a horrible headache, and I ate weird today, but feel obligated to post in my diary![]()
I had my usual egg sandwich for breakfast. About an hour later I wasn't hungry but was eyeing those peanuts I bought the other night.. and I just had to have some.. "some" ended up being a lot- I drank a diet coke figuring that would make me full and not want more, it didn't work.. I ate even though I felt really stuffed- I estimate I had 2 cups of peanuts. I didn't realize that I ate over 1000 calories in peanuts alone, that may explain why I'm not hungry now, so many hours later ... Then I had an Italian Ice.
Here's my menu:
I had 2 cinnamon teddy grahams in the car.
Breakfast - usual egg sandwich, (1 egg w/ skim milk), 2 slices white bread, 1 slice fat free cheese, skim milk w/ a little low-fat chocolate milk. 1/2 apple Vitamins. 340 calories.
Lunch - peanuts - 1144
Italian Ice - 120 calories
4 cups of coffee - 240 calories
Total calories today: 1844- holy crap...
And I didn't exercise today. This stinks. Calories are way too high.

ok so I did my P90 cardio dvd.. what a joke.. I felt like I was back to day 1. I wasn't able to finish the first round of jumping jacks because I got really bad heartburn.. it was like I've never exercised before, I don't get it. I was in pain, my calves & lower back were killing me as I attempted to finish it.. I did 94 of the 100 ab exercises.. surprised me that I got that far with pizza in my gut.
Anyway, this is why I prefer exercising in the AM before food- ugh
I always ride my bike in the morning before I eat, works the best.
You are such a motivation and supportive person, keep it up and let's keep motivating each other!
