Hey... Hump day again!!! WHOA
Hey guys how are you! I have been well. Totally overwhelmed in general with work and life. I have been trying to just bust my butt at work so that i can keep my job and stay busy.
My healthy living has been fine..... cheated a bit the last 3 days id say.... craving sweets and salts. hehehe girls... you feel me.
BUT, i have been doing awesome with waking up early and getting to the gym. I was up yesterday and today 4:30am and got to the gym. I got there around 5:15... takes me a bit to wake up and get moving. I work out from about 5:20 until 7:00. Then i shower there and get ready to go to work. Clarence was right... it does feel amazing after working out in the morning. I am a bit sleepy today... didnt get to bed as early as i would have liked.... but it was nice to get in there and moving that early.
So far today i have eaten the following:
Coffee ( splenda and half and half)
Carmel nut brownie luna bar ( 190 cal, 4g fiber, 10g protein)
Apple
Handful of goldfish crackers
I need to go to lunch soon to get something decent in my stomach... pretty hungry... but i am on a conference call and stuff haha.
working hard... like i said hehehe
I am sorry i have been crappy on here lately!!!! like i said just been CRASHING lately hehe get home and i make something to eat and RELAX... so nice lately.
Any thoughts on good ways to minimize cellulite on the back of my legs????? i know its gonna be there... but how do i tighten that shit up and make it look less LUMPY hehe
ladies.... any ideas... or guys hahaha
