Hey... Hump day again!!! WHOA

Hey guys how are you! I have been well. Totally overwhelmed in general with work and life. I have been trying to just bust my butt at work so that i can keep my job and stay busy.:toetap05:

My healthy living has been fine..... cheated a bit the last 3 days id say.... craving sweets and salts. hehehe girls... you feel me.

BUT, i have been doing awesome with waking up early and getting to the gym. I was up yesterday and today 4:30am and got to the gym. I got there around 5:15... takes me a bit to wake up and get moving. I work out from about 5:20 until 7:00. Then i shower there and get ready to go to work. Clarence was right... it does feel amazing after working out in the morning. I am a bit sleepy today... didnt get to bed as early as i would have liked.... but it was nice to get in there and moving that early.

So far today i have eaten the following:
Coffee ( splenda and half and half)
Carmel nut brownie luna bar ( 190 cal, 4g fiber, 10g protein)
Apple
Handful of goldfish crackers

I need to go to lunch soon to get something decent in my stomach... pretty hungry... but i am on a conference call and stuff haha.:biggrinjester: working hard... like i said hehehe


I am sorry i have been crappy on here lately!!!! like i said just been CRASHING lately hehe get home and i make something to eat and RELAX... so nice lately.:party:


Any thoughts on good ways to minimize cellulite on the back of my legs????? i know its gonna be there... but how do i tighten that shit up and make it look less LUMPY hehe

ladies.... any ideas... or guys hahaha
 
SEE! what did i tell ya! it is nice, the ONLY downside is what happens if you don't sleep enough the night before.... You have a pep in your step until about lunch.. all down hill from there hahaha. well i hope things slow down for you where you can keep your job AND have free time. also isn't it nice to ahve it out the way before your day starts? it makes it nice to come home and just relax.
 
hey i just read your post in my thread. hmm i dno't even do that much workout wise. i only do about an hour a day, and i don't do cardio and weights on the same day. now that i play tennis 3-4 times a week i only do the gym mon-friday, with cardio on tues and thursday. As far of how i lose, i just push myself on the elliptical. I do resistance 10 for an hour. i give my self a distance goal to work towards to keep myself from getting comfortable. I know i can't hit 8 miles in 60 min, but i can do it in 65, so i try to push for 8 in 60. yesterday i got to 7.7 miles. my legs are extremely strong though, so it may be different. I try to push myself without killing myself. Make sure you listen to your body, it'll let you know when you've done too much! hope this helps!

Well Hello there everyone:seeya:
Its been a few days since i was on here so i figured id stop by and say hello to everyone! Things have been going well for me personally... life is good.....


Work has me super stressed out these days but i just have been *trying* to stay positive and not let it get me down.... because it does have a way of affecting everything in your life when you just let stuff eat away at you!

I took about 3 days off from being at the gym and just relaxed.... boy did i need that. I just needed some me time to vege and not work my ass off. The day before my leave of abscence, i ran for a solid hour and had a kick ass work out!!!:party:

Then i just decided that I neede a break.


This moring was my first day back to the gym for the week. I had an awesome work out. I really really didnt want to get my butt out of bed this morning because i was SO tired, but i got up and made it in there so YAY!!!


had a great work out and guess what! Before working out i got on the scale and I am down another pound!:hat:


Very very happy about that. Success is sweet!!!! hehe. So that is now 18 pounds down which I am very happy about. I am currently at 135. Thats my lowest weight in about 3 years!!! :)


How have all of you been??? Its been awhile!!!!!

Anyways guys how are you all! I got good news! I decided to check myself out in the mirror today... and low and behold.... my cellulite that has been camping out on the backs of my legs is very much minimized now!!!! I am starting to see my legs get smaller hehehe. SO HAPPY

anyways been feeling pretty good health and fitness wise... there has been a lot of stress lately though so that is tough on me.

i do have poison ivy though... thats annoying!!! haha. its not bad... but i want it to go away... my mom said to put clorox on it???? ew... i smelled like a pool when i got in bed last night hehe

HEHE. sorry clarence!!! I guess the biggest thing is that i can only get aim on my phone when at work so if i get a text or phone call, i exit aim and it signs me off!!! damn iphone hehe.

anyways, nothing else much new... been working out in the mornings and having my evenings to relax or get some stuff done!!!! its actually nice! Wish i would listened to you earlier. The only thing that stinks for me is i cant go home and sleep it off like you can!!! BRAT. i have to go to work and with less sleep i get exhausted by about 4pm... so i take a day off every 2 days from the morning routine haha. like this morning i slept in and feel GREAT! :)

Breakfast
1 coffee ( 1 cream, 1 1/2&1/2, 2 splendas)
cheerios ( about 1 cup) w/ 1/2 cup of skim milk

Lunch
98% fat free Ham on light wheat bread with a very very tiny bit of mayo
1 can of green beans with tsp. of fat free italian dressing

snack- mixed nuts, 3 small pretzal sticks

Dinner
Roast Beef, carrots and Potatoes ( more meat and carrots than tatos :) )

snack- Angel food cake with Pinneapple and fat free cool whip

Good Morning all! :)

Its Friday whooooooo! So happy :)

Anyways this morning i slept in again and didnt hit the gym before work... i was loving the comfyness of my bed and didnt want to get up hehe. I am planning to head there after work though and get my work out on!!!:biggrinjester:

Last night was a nice night. Went to Red Robin with my boyfriend because according to him he just HAD to have it. I subsittuted turkey patty for the normal burger and had them put mine on a whole wheat bun. Still not super healthy... but i made some adjustments to help my cause hehe.

We went to a big pond a couple cities over and hung out with the ducks and gave them our old bread hehe. I love that place... relaxing and sentimental memories from years past. Its always nice to get outside and enjoy nature a bit....:auto:

Ive been struggling a bit with self image.... i mean i know that my weight is going down ( SLLLLLOOOOOOLY but surely) and my measurements are too... but i have a ways to go yet so I am getting antsy. I feel "mushy" still ... i want a rock hard bod damn it!!!!! hehe.

Anyways, got my measurements done today... so I am going to share them below. I will post my starting and current measurements for your viewing pleasure.

I think taking every two days off is a great approacjed keeps you refreshed adn your body not sure I think that is a good way to go about it, confusing it and not settling into a routine:)

As far as moms gifts, I bought my mom two ds games from wal mart:)a zen one I knew she would love and a sims one as she has stupi9d vista on her comp and cant use sims anymore cuz it isnt compatible.

But i was a little pissed as I spent 65 bucks, on 2 ds games adn a wii game HEH money goes fast now a days!

Im buying granny a potted rose bush for 20 bucks from iga, lol.Her bday was last weekend and i spent alot of money throwing her a bbq bday party and gave her the day to herself withouthaving to lift a finger boy I was pooped but she had a great day:)

I even got my uncle and his g./f to come as a surprize for her. We hadnt seen him in a long time and knew it was important to her.

anyways, went to the gym this evening and worked it outttttt! Felt great! Starving now!!! Waiting for my baked chicken to come outta da oven!!!! yum:drooling:

Got up this morning and headed to the gym. Gained a lb this weekend :icon_bs:

So, I decided i needed to kick butt today during my work out. I ran for 3.5 miles and biked for 4 miles. Then i focused on the abductor and adductor muscles, calfs, and overall legs.


I think the gain was clearly due to my poopy weekend eating. Yesterday here is what i ate... its pretty clear why i gained a good pound hehe
Breakfast/Lunch
Coffee
sauage, egg, cheese wrap ( dipped in ketchup a bit)
hasbrowns ( cheese, mushrooms, onions)



Dinner
(3) Chicken fingers and fries ( dipped in ketchup & mayo)

I hate when i gain a pound though... its really frustrating. It makes me feel like a dumb ass for eating crappy. Ive been slacking lately though so its my own dumb butt fault!!! i need to get back into the strict eating routine. I know that im exercising well and keeping with it... but I just need to be better with the eating again!
