Had a decent day today. light eating it seems looking at it... wasnt real real hungry i guess. Here is how my day of eating and then exercise went:
Breakfast: Coffee, Decaf Hot Tea
11:00 snack- 100 Cal smartfood popcorn
1:00 Lunch- greenbeans, carrots, broccoli, piece of broiled fish (?), few small cheese cubes
Dinner- Grilled Ham and cheese on wheat, sm cup of chili
* i am sitting in bed now and feel full and just fine....
Exercise
Today was GORGEOUS out. So i skipped the gym and decided to do some outdoorsy stuff. I went for a bike ride down the road about a mile to a local park, and then rode around there a little bit. Id say about 3 miles total.
Then i actually got off my bike and went for about a 10 minute jog. I then decided to do sprints up a hill there...... i did this long incline hill about 4 times and then jogged back to my bike and headed home.
THEN- i put Gina's ( my pug) harness on her and took her for about a 45 minute walk. she was in heaven!!! hehe
By legs are feeling a bit swore from the run... so it was totally a good idea... really worked muscles i guess i may not work normally just running flat on the treadmill.
My butt is swore also... im guessing from the bike.
my girl parts.... well they took a beating from the bike seat LOLOLOL
Good day over all i would say. Did our weekly measurements and i went down in a few areas. Ill post tomorrow because the chart is at work and i really do not remember what alli lost and what not... but i am happy for that.
My shirts are getting real loose, my bras are too big....
my jeans sag on my ass... but why cant i drop pant sizes lol..... my legs just stay the same hehehe. i am almost to the point where my upper abdominal area... is the same measurement as my thigh!!!!! YIKES.
what do i do about this???
