i really don't know what to say to help you, but for me, who is currently in the opposite situation, its my boost. When i workout i feel like a million bucks. its only an hour of work, but my body feels so rewarded after wards. i feel absolutely great! Sometimes we need breaks, but working out should never feel like a chore. if it does you are sure to sell yourself short on the workout. That said, use you workouts as the one constant in your life that is always positive! Because well it is. you are doing yourself a favor when you workout. and you should happy for because you body responds by shaping up into the sexy woman you want to be!
as far as weight fluctuating, it does that. it could be you do the same exact workout every time, where you are not challenging your body they you used thus losing weight a lot less frequently. Also, don't forget if you are doing weights you are building muscle. when you are stagnant on weight, check your body fat percentage. if it is lower than before that means you have replaced fat with muscle and remember, muscle is heavier than fat. keep at missy. you hit that goal. i believe you, just make sure you do to!
