Ok so yesterday was an awesome day - up until 10 pm when the snacking took over once again! I wanted to stay up and watch this show called Parenthood and I shouldn't have because during the whole hour I snacked on every commercial break

Here's how it looked up until that point:
B - banana & all bran buds
Snack - 3 small cups mint green tea
L - garden greens mix w 1/2 yellow pepper & ff tomato, oregano, dressing (my salads have really been lacking creativity lately).
Snack - apple
Exercise - 5km run outside - made it the whole distance without stopping again and beat my time!! I did it in 30 min exactly! I love how the snow is melting and sun is staying out longer.
D - 1 piece WW whole wheat bread w 1/3 can tuna in water, light mayo, chopped pickles & 3 thin slices cheese melted in oven, 1/2 can tomato & rice campbell's soup
Exercise - 40 min treadmill (while watching BL) - 2.5 miles & 370 cal, I had it on 3.8 mph & 5 incline - during each commercial I would jump off and do 2 sets of 15 reps of push-ups and curl-ups on the exercise ball - 8 sets in total. Some bicep curls & lunges.
Snack - 1 cup home made left over chilly - onion, celery, peppers, crushed tomatos, mixed beans, ground deer meat, spices & tomato paste.
Ok I should have called it a night. I felt good and wasn't hungry but I was bored with the damn commerical breaks! I wish I had a PVR so I could tape my shows and then fast forward through all the commercials!
Extra snacks

- 2 1 point WW bars, whole wheat ritz w cream cheese - lots of it

I don't think I will be down tomorrow for weigh in but it's motivating me to try harder and really put in the effort. I'm going to hate going there tomorrow for them to tell me I have stayed the same or possibly gained 1/2 pound or something silly. I'm still happy it was a maintainence week and could have been worse! Next week will be better no doubts about it. I have plans to go to the movies with my girlfriend Friday night and I'm already thinking about the snacks I can bring so I'm not tempted. I have called my gym friend and told her she has to come to Kettle Bell with my Saturday and then we are going to have sauna's. No drinking for me this weekend!
My sister started selling Nu Skin products and sent me a galvanic spa in the mail because she wants me to use it on my arms - apparently it gets rid of stretch marks and tones so she wants me to take some before and after pics to see if it works so she feels more comfortable selling it. I hope it does because I absolutely hate my arms and know they will bother me in a strapless wedding dress. I also need to increase my strength training for them to every second night. I'll let you know how the spa works apparently it works really well for wrinkles too but I'm not too worried about that yet.
